Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I came here for an oil change, and I really wanted to like this place. As far as service, they were pretty good, and I honestly probably will come back. However, as they were changing my oil, the technician doing the paper work part told me that my jeep has what is called a «continuously variable transmission» or CVT. He said that there was a required maintenance with my mileage that my transmission would need to be flushed. I know that a trans flush is not something you should just do if you’re not experiencing any issues. Doing so can actually cause problems. So I said no thank you and that I would look into it. (Especially because I had never heard of a CVT.) Anyway, it turns out Jeep Liberty’s don’t even have CVT’s! Only the patriot and the compass models do. I’m so glad I didn’t get the flush (it was also $ 200, so I’m double glad) the guy was nice and the oil change was fast, but maybe too fast. Look at the model before you tell someone they need a $ 200 recommended maintenance flush done on a transmission they don’t even have. Yikes!

I always have great, fast, friendly service but I had quite the peculiar visit when I went. As I pull into the garage the two who worked on my car (a male and female, cannot remember their names) the male seemed to be short tempered and annoyed at the female and when the female went to a different car and another male came to help, the original male began to go on on how «she always f***s up the computer and can not do anything right.» That wasn’t the only odd experience, as the end of our visit approached another employee, standing in the middle of the garage in front of all the customers, drops his pants to the ground around his ankles then tucks his shirt into his under garments then pulled his pants back up!

My husband and I have been here plenty of times and always had a great experience! Extremely friendly staff and they do not try to get you to blow all your money on unnecessary things. Quick service as well and they always send us coupons in the mail.

Quick Oil Change!
Not only do they do a quick oil change, they also showed me my dirty air filter and gave me a discount off that with my oil change, on top of the coupon I had.
They’re in and out and I was on the road less than 15 minutes later. Didn’t have to get out of my car, either.

I prefer Valvoline’s for my oil changes but I will never go this location again. I had to get my tires rotated and they moved my car to a different bay. They seemed like nice guys but shortly after I left I noticed many of my belongings missing. I tried to call and talk to a manager but couldn’t understand his garbled and toothless pronunciation. Instead of complaining to him I decided to buy some children’s ABC flashcards with the hopes that one day these guys could learn to read and write to generate more income instead of resorting to stealing from other people.
