The worst waiting for my order i seen two of the workers (two male dickhead teenagers) playing football with my childs kids meal bag then hands it to me all fucked up. You think im going to feed my kid there??? DoNT EVER GO THERE. And this wasnt the only time they fucked up.

Arrived at 12:45a, they close at 1am. Ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, but they would not make it because they were closing soon. You are open now right? How about you clean your equipment after you close, so I can enjoy some spicy chicken goodness after seeing a movie. So instead, I had to go to McDonalds. Thanks Wendy’s. Jerks.

This location has been serving soggy food and fries for as far back as I can remember. Waited 20 mins in the drive thru at the window then asked to pull up and wait «a half a minute»… Waited another 7 minutes then they walk out my order with half my food missing and soggy fries as usual. Employees outside smoking next to the drive in window and door to walk into. Very unprofessional business and staff.

They put up with a lot of crap and I think they’re great. They let me eat my Chinese food inside while my girlfriend ate her burger, fries, and frosty.

The fries are AWFUL! Cold, soggy, and tasteless. My Asiago chicken sandwich was delicious though. However, the portobello mushroom burger that was also ordered didn’t have the premium brioche bun (as they ran out) so it was served on a plain bun. It probably could have tasted better on the fancy bun, but the burger itself was good. I’d give this Wendy’s more stars if the fries were better. As I don’t eat fast food often, fries are important to me, so this is a deal breaker. I won’t be back.

I have lived in Sterling Heights for about 38 years, and in all the time Wendy’s has been here, I have NEVER gotten a decent order of fries. Soggy, greasy, cold and saltless. How can you screw this up? Even after they recently changed to the natural cut sea salt fries, they still suck. The only time the food is halfway decent is during the day when some of the older women are working. The teenagers are clueless. We won’t eat there anymore.
