If I could give these guys a minus star I would. I’ve purchased a coupon for them that I haven’t been able to use because they’re always either remodeling or closed or someone isn’t there on working hours or whatever the excuse it’s for the day. Today I went there in the middle of the day and didn’t even have my groupon but I just wanted some empanadas(so they should have been open 2pm) went into the building complex where there were absolutely NO signs anywhere and I even asked the owner of LATINT whom I know personally and its in the same strip of shops and he didn’t even know there was a place by that name there. Till I finally called the place for them to guide me and whomever answered was totally rude and just sounded like a complete jerk till I finally found it. So I go to the door and it’s LOCKED? So I rang the bell and nothing. Called a few times and the jerk off that had answered before now is sending me to voicemail every time I call. Smh In my opinion this«business» may be a front for something else maybe even something illegal. Since after reading other reviews they seem to take people’s money on orders placed on the phone or online. DONOTGOHERE!

I’m not sure if this place is still in business. I placed an online order for lunch and received a confirmation email telling me my order would be ready to pick up in 15 minutes. When I arrived at the location, the door was locked and no one was there. I called and left a message with the phone number on the website, but no one has returned my call even a week later. My credit card was charged, which I have obviously disputed, since I did not receive the goods purchased. If they are out of business, they should shut down their credit card processing. Charging for goods and not providing them is fraud.

Empanadas smelled and tasted just like Buenos Aires… what nostalgia for home! My mom and husband loved them. I also like how they mark the different flavors /types of empanadas. A bit complicated to put in the order through the website however and they were closed for renovations a few weeks before I placed my order. It’s also a bit hard to find but it is a clean kitchen and lobby and the people there were friendly enough. Will be returning soon.

With our first order, they didn’t give us what we ordered. Thinking it was a one time error we decided to try them again. I ordered them a week ago for a week later pick up only to be told that they weren’t there but at an event instead. It’s too frustrating to get food from them. ETA: 11÷4÷2015 I recently tried them again. They messed up my order and 5 days later I am still waiting on the refund they promised me.

Food is pretty good, I’m not very experienced in empanadas so I don’t have a good base to compare to. You need to place your order through email, they don’t seem to pick up the phone.

A Hispanic guy working there is very rude. I sent my wife to pick what I ordered 24 hour in advance for a noon pickup on 05÷08÷15. She drove 30 miles to pick up the empanadas and ended up arguing with this guy. My wife got angry because this guy is very obnoxious and being disrespectful to her and when my wife was about to leave he told her to go to hell. This was not the proper way to deal with an angry customers or any customers. He should get fired for his attitude. The empanadas isn’t really that great. I had much better empanadas. I called Groupon and glad that I got a refund of what I paid for the voucher I used and got the other voucher canceled. We will never go back there again. The 1 star I gave them, that’s really a minus 1 star.
