Over the past spring, the condo I’m renting has flooded several times, with water seeping in from the storage room next door. Aldo has arrived promptly whenever I needed him, always the same day. He is polite and explains the problem and exactly what he will do to fix it (place fans to dry the carpet today, check on it tomorrow, collect the fans Wednesday, see which portion of the carpet needs to be replaced, etc.). Even when he is swamped with other jobs, he gives my problem the same consideration and attention that I do. I have complete confidence in his solutions, and they look beautiful every time. I highly recommend him!
