Broad Run Painting Company

We had Broad Run paint our entire interior house. Our point person was friendly and professional. They finished in their time frame but I feel like they cut a little too many corners, like not smoothing rough wall areas like I had asked them to. In addition, they forgot to paint the sides of all the trim and forgot to paint second coats on some trim… along with minor areas needing touch up. I kept seeing more areas that needed to be fixed. However, I made a list of all problem areas and they were prompt to respond. They actually came back twice to fix missed areas and didn’t make a big deal about it, which I greatly appreciated. I keep finding areas that are really sloppy but have just stopped calling them because it was just too annoying. I give 2 stars because for the price I would wanted the entire paint job to be clean and professional from the beginning, but I appreciate them fixing problems when I called them.
