Cosmo Prof

I’ve been shopping at this store for the last 13 years. I’ve seen a lot of employees come and go, but have always been greeted with a smile and great service! I’m always able to find the products I need to service my clientele. As noted in another review, this store is only for licensed cosmetologist. They have it clearly stated on the door before you enter.

It would have been nice to know that his place did not sell to average buyers like you and me. They instead sell to beauty salons and well known stores like Sally Beauty Store. I left empty handed, disappointed, and quite frankly annoyed. The store is located in the Sterling Town Center Plaza, not being from this area I expect this plaza to be an upscale shopping center, instead it looked run down – it reminded me of Houston TX (not good). As soon as you enter Cosmo Prof you get the feeling you are inside of a rundown CVS (but what CVS is not?) I walked around looking for something that would catch my eye, nothing. Most of the store is loaded with Shampoo and Conditioners from Paul Mitchell, to Big Sexy Hair, to brands I have never heard before. I found some bobby pins and hair clips along with some dry shampoo, when I went to check out I was turned down because I didn’t have a Cosmetology license. -.- ANNOYING. I thanked the lady behind the counter who was wearing way too much makeup and hurried out of there. Never again. Big waste of time. m
