Grossed out and angry! Young lady who prepared my coffees was wiping her nose on the back of her hand and fingers and then, without washing her hands, picking up my cup and making the coffees. To top it off, she got my order wrong and had to make it again!

Recently went and found they double charged my bank card. It wasn’t a lot of money, $ 5.51. They fixed the problem, but I do wonder how often they are doing this. Check the bank statements and save your receipts. Twice I’ve gone there again and they’ve left things off my order at the drive through.

Located in a little strip center in the middle of nowhere, this Dunks was a welcome staff. Surprisingly not very busy at 9 am and that was fine by me. Staff was cordial, the place was clean, including the bathrooms.

It’s a Dunkin Donuts. You know what to expect, so let’s get to the important things. How quickly the food and beverages come out. How accurate they are, and how many dirty looks you get from behind the counter. I guess the drive thru speed too. Well, I go here 3 – 4 times a week, and they have never gotten an order wrong. The drinks come out immediately. The food comes out fairly quickly, with a slight delay based on volume. The drive thru moves very quickly, what looks like a completely jammed drive thru cycles in about 5 minutes. The people behind the counter are perfunctory and professional. They have never gotten an order wrong, and it’s generally a well oiled machine back there. Special kudos to my favorite smile behind the counter. The day she finds another job will be a sad day indeed.
