Edge Salon

I gave this salon a chance by emailing management and seeing if they could assist me in any way whatsoever. Turns out they don’t have the decency to even write back. I’ve wasted 100 dollars and I will never go back here again.

Krista was my my stylist and I loved her! She did full highlights and a cut and it was excellent! I have curly to wavy hair 2C3B and have been on the hunt for a great stylist that knows that a curly hair cut is not the same as straight hair… and finally I have found her! My hair was finally not butchered… the color was beautiful too! Best hairstylist for curly hair without spending $ 300 and being disappointed…

Used Groupon and had nothing but a Great experience! Razmin did an awesome job with my highlights, she explained why they would work best over trying to lighten all my hair. Then Sarah worked her magic on my cut… For anyone who is looking for someone who knows her stuff on cutting short hair especially with razor, SARAH is your stylist. Will be going back!

Run away from Edge Salon! Whatever you do not but the groupon!
Made an appointment to get my hair redone because the keratin treatment did not work. The manager told me on the phone that it was no problem… apt was schedule with him. I showed up for my apt. He was 30 minutes late and then told me it made no sense to redo my hair and id have to call groupon. TERRIBLE Customer service. There are so many good salons in NOVA– don’t even think about going here!

I bought a Groupon and visited this salon a few weeks ago.
I have seen Razmin for full Highlights and a cut. If I could, I would give «0» stars.
First of all, this girl had a horrible attitude. I asked if I could combine my full highlights with low lights. She didn’t give an answer and did not do them, since she couldn’t reach her manager and ask for the price… Seriously?
I had full highlights and a haircut and was out of the Salon in UNDER an hour.
If you ever had full Highlights done, you will understand that this is quite impossible. And this includes already a waiting time of 15 Minutes where Razmin would disappear into the Mall.
Today I saw a new stylist and she just showed me, how really horrible my haircut was. She needed to fix it, because it was all messed up. Thanks for nothing Razmin!
I definitely do not recommend visiting this salon!
PS: I did had Highlights before visiting Edge salon, so Razmin only did a touch up in the root area.
I did need to pay additional $ 20 (long hair surcharge). But I just do not get the reason for that, since she used less product then she would have needed for clients with short hair.
