Not difficult to understand why Floorware gets the Angie’s Award… They are fantastic. The company is owned/​operated by 2 brothers. From the moment I sent an email inquiry, I received prompt, courteous and professional service. The quoted price was extremely competitive, the flooring installations was beautifully done [I had flooring replaced in the basement of my townhome], the installers arrived on time and cleaned up when when left.
I will DEFINITELY be returning to Floorware again when I need to replace my upstairs carpet. They are a pleasure to deal with.

As a first time homebuyer, I was concerned about finding a good contractor. My fiancé and I did our research looked at a few companies and chose Floorware for several reasons. The owner, Sasan, was very professional, not pushy and established trust with us about his company and products. Floorware installed over 1,000sqft of Shaw Carpet and also installed Bruce hardwood flooring in our dining room. The job was done with our complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Floorware to any customer looking for a true professional experience.

I have experienced the most unprofessional customer service from this company. I called them to get a quote over the phone since they are located far away to my place and I did not want to waste my time going there in person
without learning their prices. The guy on the phone was not polite at all. He sounded as if he did not want to do business at all. When I told him that I need to change the carpet of an area (around 1000 sq feet) and asked him for some discount from the price he quoted, he said he can not do that. It is fine since the price he offered was reasonable but as I have experienced from 5 – 6 other flooring estimators for the same project, there is always room for some negotiation. I am not blaming him for refusing to negotiate however he very rudely blamed me on the phone for asking him to negotiate. I had asked him where he is from to make the conversation more friendly since most flooring dealers are from middle east region and I am from there as well. He did not even say that and in an impolite tone said «why are you asking that to me?» I said there is a chance we are neighbors and he said you may be used to negotiate in your country but you are not in your country this is America there and this is how things work in here. I felt like a middle school student who had just been told off by his teacher… He started complaining about the size of the project and said this is his business and this is the way he does that. Finally he told me that he has to hung up the phone and did so… I give him 2 stars because his price was not too bad. But I cut the rest of the stars for his attitude.
There are tons of flooring dealers around this area and customer service and how you approach to people have great importance in a successful deal. This guy may or may not be doing good quality business. I don’t know… All I know is I am not going to work with him, no way…

I mistakenly rated Floorware Inc in Sterling a 3 Star, the rating is definitely a 5 Star. The owner Sasan provided exceptional service from start to finish and follow up on our new carpet and stair way runners. I highly recommend Floorware for all your flooring.

We just had Floorware Inc install our hardwood floors and they did a fantastic job. From the quote to completion, we’ve been very happy with the company. We are having some tiling work done in 2011 and will definetly use them again.
