One of my favorite places to eat at. Delicious food! I love the biryani and the chicken curry.

Thus far I’ve had the somosa chat and chicken kubideh and both turned out good. The place seemed clean and menu is similar to any standard kabob joint… platters with rice, naan, chick peas and salad. Portions are priced reasonable.

A year ago their food was good. Now the kababs portion got less and smaller, they use cheap quality rice and the salad portion is smaller old and nasty. My family and I used to go a lot but now once in a blue moon hopping the food would be good. Hope the owner reads this and do something or he will loose customers like this.

I love this place, its small. The portion is perfect for a lunch or dinner. My usual order is paneer makhani wtih naan and rice. Its the best tasting paneer dish i have ever had in NOVA region. Even some of the top restaurants don’t match their taste. The Naan bread is so soft and fluffy. The pindi chole is the typical pakistani chole, however it does have a lot of oil floating in it. Tip: Don’t ever drink water from their water cooler. Just buy the mango lassi or get some soda.

Today I ordered three meals — one being lamb kabob; however, when I got home(20 min drive later) found out that they gave me beef kabob. I then spent the next 10 minutes debating Mr. Khalid over the phone as to how they think it’s impossible they would have cooked the wrong meat. I really wasn’t offered the courtesy of a replacement meal. I was offered to bring it back and they’ll prove it is lamb. 40 min round trip but no apology or offer to correct their mistake. Just a comment that I likely don’t know the difference between lamb and beef.

Oh man this place is amazing. The portions are huge! We ordered 1butter chicken, 1chicken tikka masala, a side of chick peas, and a side of spinach; it was so much food it was great. My wife and I are stuffed and have lunch for tomorrow. The butter chicken is on point. The tikka masala is so savory I want to put it on everything. My wife said she wanted to just drink the chick peas; they had such a perfect balance of onion. We have just found out new takeout spot. Swing in and chow down your belly will thank you!

Great kabob and wonderful service. Always ready to recommend you try something new or different. Haven’t tried their curry but hear it’s good.

This place is delicious!!! I got the chicken jalfrese, which has chicken, tomatoes, onion, green peppers in a really good curry sauce. It comes with a side of bread and rice with yogurt sauce. I’m really impressed!

I like this place. The price is right for what I want out of take away. I usually go for the curries, though the chicken kabobs are also tasty. This is a solid place to grab dinner, though the service can be a bit slow. I don’t need every place I go to be special, I just want it to be consistent and that is why I keep coming back.

Worst place to go for food. Customer service is the worst. Owner does not know how to treat customers. He has no customer service skills. I will not recommend this place to any one. BBQ Chicken wasn’t well done. Asked to cook it or change to something else, I was told that it cannot be changed.

I give it 5 stars! My pet peeve is when you go to a Kabob place super hungry, then you get hangry(hungry/angry) while waiting forever for food, then by the time you get your plate it is like a bed of basmati rice, bread and a puny little skewer of meat. This place is not like that. I wish I had taken a photo of my plate, portions are huge! I had the gyro salad and it was at least 50% freshly sliced meat right off the spit! They definitely don’t skip out on the good stuff. I’m also giving five stars bc they give you free hot cardamom and cinnamon green tea with your entrée. It was so soothing and perfect for a frigid February day. Only regret, not taking a cup of that tea to go. Two thumbs and five stars.

I live right across Dulles town center and this is by far one of the best restaurant in this neighborhood serving Indian/paki food. Speaking of food they have a variety of «kabobs» to «curries» to «Karahis» with a choice of different types of halal(kosher) meats. The wait time is anywhere between 10 – 15 minutes but it’s totally worth it, matter of fact this place doesn’t serve any pre cooked food as a result everything’s made to order, «made from scratch» and totally fresh. The smell of the kitchen all around in the restaurant would make any person instantaneously very hungry. The food isn’t spicy at all compared to other restaurants I’ve eaten at in this neighborhood because the restaurant follows a policy of making it ‘spicy by request’. This makes it easier for everyone to try out their food. Hygiene and customer service standards are at their ace. The owner is always ears to any suggestions and feedback and they treat their regulars as a family. This place also does complimentary tea everyday and otherwise they would do complimentary desserts or soups or sides on quite frequent basis To summarize I would recommend everyone in this neighborhood to go try out kabob and chicken to have a nice laid back family dining experience.

Hidden Gem! I go with a bunch of my colleagues almost every Friday for lunch for the last 4 years. This is one of the few places every one agrees to go. We call the it the«Chapli Place» or simply«Khalid’s»(the owner’s name). We have never been disappointed with anything be it food or service. The place is modest and unpretentious. It is all about consistently tasty food. Service is not the fastest but for a good reason — everything is made to order after you place the order and good food takes time. You can always call ahead and have the food ready if you want the food quicker. We help our selves with some hot complimentary tea while we are waiting for the food to arrive. We mostly get the Chicken chapli kabob served with generous amount of rice, bread, side salad and chick peas and special spicy green yogurt sauce to dunk everything in. Boneless chicken kabob and ground chicken kabob are also very good. Last but not the least, the chick peas are really really special! I’m yet to see a better chick pea dish PERIOD. Just the right amount of firmness and full of flavor. At the end of the lunch, we all leave stuffed and happy! If you can tell a good Indian/Pakistani food from bad Indian/Pakistani food, you don’t want to miss this place! Highly recommended!

Horrible service. Asked for Half chicken platter and when the order came it was 2 very tiny pieces of chicken. There was no meat in the chicken, When I complained to the owner, he was very rude and told me that that’s what it is. When I asked for changing it to something else or give refund, he said that he will not do anything and if I don’t like it, I can leave. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone as they are rip offs. I should have called the cops but my son got very scared and we left the place. Owner and folks who worked there have no customer service skills. They don’t care if anyone complains. I have never been to such a horrible restaurant in my life. Worst place.

Great food, but takes FOREVER! It is also a little pricey. If they brought the prices down some and it didn’t take half an hour for the food I would be in there a ton, but with the prices how they are, and the time it takes, I come about once every three weeks.

Amazing vegetarian food. Iv tried their vegi kabob, paneer makhani and veg masala. They are all delicious and not too spicy. The place is a little hole in the wall type, but the food is terrific. The cook time is a bit slow, but I’ll gladly take that for good food. The prices are very reasonable, ~$ 10. All their dishes come with a side of rice and naan. This place is actually Indian/Pakistani food so you have the best of both worlds.

I really like coming here, the food is really good, there’s a lot of choices also, they now serve Fish Curry and Fish Biryani which is awesome for me because you can’t really get both in one spot in this area(not that’s good anyway) All of the Currys are good and the Karahis are the bomb! Really good food here

Not bad. I wasn’t blown away though. I got the boneless chicken kabob. Flavor was good, but it was dry. The chic peas are the winner here. The bread was also decent. The rice seamed like they were carryover from the night before. The salad, if you’ll call it that(one half slice of tomato and two pieces of onion on a bed of lettuce) is wasting space on the plate. If this place wants to succeed, especially in this location, they need to step up their game.

This place looks like nothing special at first glance. Tiny space, dull décor, somewhat dirty, unfriendly staff. Everything is served on Styrofoam. Blech. The lamb and beef kubideh-style kabobs, as well as the naan, samosas, chickpeas, etc., are all very mediocre. The rice is very good, seasoned Pakistani style with a cinnamon flavor. But one glorious, glorious thing happened here — the chicken. The chicken is the most perfectly cooked, spiced, flavorful kabob chicken I think I’ve ever had. So delicious. Because everything else is just OK, I probably won’t be hankering to go back here. But if I do, I’ll skip all the other options and just get something that primarily features the chicken.
