They don’t even deserve 1 star. Staff is rude, food is cold and tables are dirty. This is worst Chinese food place.

I love the food here, the shrimp tempura is hands down my favorite. I love the service and the kids of the people who work there are very sweet.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. The food is decent but the cleanliness of the place is HORRIFIC. Open containers of sauce at the counter where everyone can cough and sneeze near them, mattresses in the back of the eating area where the owners two kids sleep and play, and worst of all — last night I stopped in to pick up my order to find THEOWNERSSICKCHILD(COLD/FEVERISH) PREPARINGORDERSASWELLASTAKING PAYMENTS…NOHANDWASHINGINBETWEEN. So disgusting. I will never eat here again. Check out past reviews which confirm illness shortly after eating food from this place… glad we were lucky enough not to get sick too.

Our food arrived an hour and 15 minutes early! The food was good, but they did not give us the kung pao chicken and instead subbed general tso in its place without our consent. When I told the delivery guy how early it was, he said his manager told him 10:30(it was 10:15) even though I had the eat time to be 11:30.

I ordered through GrubHub. The carrots in the fried rice tasted like they had been sitting in soap. The Grub Hub employee and I called for a refund and they refused. I will never order again, and I’m really disappointed. The rest of the food wasn’t that great either. Waste of money.

I was skeptical about trying a new delivery Chinese restaurant. Delivery does take awhile, but the food was really good. I ordered the Singapore Noodles and the Sesame Chicken. It was very tasting and the portions were huge. If you’re looking for a new place to try, give them a call. Cheers

Decided to try King Wok based on some reviews through Grub Hub, and the fact that the place is a mile away. Placed order at 7PM, was told to expect delivery 40 minutes later. By 8PM we hadn’t heard or seen the delivery driver, so I called the restaurant. I inquired about our delivery time, and without taking my name, phone number or address, I was told it should be to the door in 5 minutes. I called again 10 minutes later and she tried the same line, when I asked to speak to a manager she said something in Chinese and hung up on me. I put a call into Grub Hub, which has awesome customer service. Food showed up 10 minutes later… cold. Delivery driver tried to blame the delay on Grub Hub, but the receipt shows the order was placed at 7. Just stay away, not worth your time or effort. The food(even when reheated) wasn’t great.

Super disappointed. I ordered food at 12:20, I ended up getting it at 2:10. I ordered through GrubHub and they said it would be ready at 1:10. If you order from here ORDERTHROUGHGRUBHUB! I called the restaurant to see why it was taking so long, a CHILD answered the phone. I asked, they said ‘ITSONIT’S WAY’ and hung up the phone. I called GrubHub, they were super nice as usual and sent me a coupon for the super late food. When I finally got the food, it was cold and just average. It was good at first and then I felt kind of sick after. I won’t be ordering from them again and am going to tell anyone who asks to not order either. The only positive is that GrubHub was awesome like it typically is and I’m 100% sure that if I had dealt directly with King Wok, my customer service would not have been as good.

Definitely a pick up or dine in my place. Disappointed for the first time today. We live very close by and order here exclusively as the food is decent, the prices are good, and the family that runs the restaurant is very friendly. Ordered delivery for the first time today, and was told 30 to 40 minutes. It’s now been 70+ minutes and still waiting. I called to find out what was going on and the woman who answered the phone said the food was in a car on its way. When I indicated that I was pretty unhappy with how long it’s taken she said«yeah, sure sure» and then hung up on me. Definitely reconsidering our go to Chinese place now

Will not be ordering from here again. While the food is decent, the last time I ordered delivery the driver got lost and it took nearly two hours before my food finally arrived.

Ok, not the most sanitary restaurant I’ve been to. There’s a mattres on the floor visible to customers… just avoid this place and try the restaurant next door.

This was a last minute craving for chinese food and I don’t regret it, but it definitely could have been way better. The lady who answered, hung up the call after placing the order. She did not inform me the final cost, the delivery time frame, nor read the order back to make sure it was right. Called back and had her do that, she claimed she was told to hang up the phone. I got the chicken and broccoli and my mate got shrimp fried rice and BONELESSSPARERIBS. The ribs did in fact have bones and the food was very oily/greasy. Wasn’t horrible, but it isn’t worth the wait honestly. **UPDATED** i give this place ONESTAR i threw up everything i ate. from here. i woke up this morning feeling sick to my stomach but did not think anything of it, and now i see why. I regret it so much now. NEVERAGAIN.

Won’t be ordering from here ever again. The food was OK(ordered in because I was under-the-weather and they actually have a variety of decent vegetarian options), but the service was terrible! My husband and I ordered two drinks with our meals, and the driver didn’t bring them along. We noticed the mistake and called to ask that the driver be turned around so we could have our drinks. We were told«We busy. Next time.» Well lady, that was an up front tip AND two drinks that we got ripped off for. Sorry, but there won’t be a next time. We tried calling a total of three times to see if we could get any communication worked out over the issue. She actually hung up on me! I called back, and she said«you told me to hang up.» What?! No, I told you I’d like my $ 3 for undelivered drinks and my generous tip refunded. I most certainly didn’t tell you to hang up on me. ‘ Long story short? We won’t be ordering from this circus ever again. The customer service is TERRIBLE, the food mediocre at best.

This place is a very tiny hole in the wall in a shopping center. It has the atmosphere of a strictly takeout restaurant but they do have about 20 tiny tables inside to sit and eat. I ordered spring rolls, house lo mein and general tsos chicken. I give the spring rolls about a 7 out of 10, the general tsos a 8 out it 10 and the lo mein 1 out of 10. The lo mein was just awful. It tastes and smells like they dumped a bottle of fish sauce on them… maybe that’s authentic Chinese? I don’t know… but it’s going in the trash :(waste of money and food. Unfortunately, with everything said, this is the best Chinese place I’ve tried in this area so far(out of 5 or more Chinese restaurants).

Delicious! Delicious! Delicious! The key to Chinese food is separating the authentic dishes from weird American takes on it. Teryaki chicken, sweet and sour chicken, etc are not authentic things that would be served in a Chinese home. If you find the right items on the menu, you won’t be disappointed! I ordered the crispy beef which was strange to me, but tasted amazing. Didn’t think carrots were a common ingredient in this dish, but I assume it’s an American remake. Ordered the MaPo tofu which was delicious! A Chinese staple this place does right! The most commonly reviewed item is the Peking Duck. The chef comes table side to slice it and you even get to take home the bones for a nice broth! Delicious duck. I’m used to the buns instead of the pancakes, but it didn’t make a huge difference. I’m glad I finally found an authentic Chinese place in this area!

I went here a couple years ago and got the Kung Pao and was not impressed. The sauce was too thick too dark and rich with salt and sugar from what I remembered. I just remembered it was not good. Flash forward to the present… Got take out from here and thought the food was A-OK. My buddy likes to order from them and swears by their Crispy Shredded Beef. I have to admit, that I tried a bit of his and it was pretty darn good. I probably would never order it as a meal just because its not my style… but those of you in the General Tso’s camp, I recommend you give yourself a treat and try the Beef. I got the Taiwanese Style Noodles and they were good. Not mind blowing or anything… but I was trying to play it safe with the noodle dish and it did not disappoint. A good mix of meat and shrimp with the thin rice noodles as well as some onions with a pretty light sauce. It hit the spot. I would get it again if I ever found myself King Wok’n again. So if you are trying this place for the first time, I can recommend either of those two choices… Crispy Shredded Beef if you are into big sweet crunchy flavor and fried goodness. Taiwanese Noodles if you want a lighter tasting entrée that still has great flavor.

We loved their Pecking Duck! We get the ½ pecking duck to share between the two of us and it is the perfect amount. It comes with five pancakes and plenty of duck to completely pack each one. Every time we have ordered they have given us plenty of crunchy skin, dark, and light meat. It also comes with a good amount of the sauce(tangy/sweet is the only way I know to describe it) and a lot of leeks. The combination is glorious. This order also comes with rice. The price is great too. We usually have to order at least one drink so the price is high enough to deliver. It is also nice that we can order delivery online. It usually takes about an hour to get our food.

Stopped here for lunch one day. Got the orange chicken. I’m not sure what their method for cooking it was, but it was scalding hot for a really long time, and pieces of it were burnt to a crisp. It’s like the batter was deep-fried so hot and long that it completely shriveled and hardened the chicken inside. The rice was bland. They gave me ONE piece of broccoli. I guess it’s more of a garnish here, but I prefer to actually get some veggie nutrition, please. The only saving grace is that the orange chicken sauce was actually really well-flavored and included the peels, which to me is key. Also, there were two little Chinese kids stringing beans, throwing them at each other, doing martial arts against each other(I swear I’m not being racist and making that part up) and running around screaming Pokémon attacks at customers(OK, the Pokémon part might be made up). I presume they were the owner/employee’s kids. Sheesh. To make matters even worse, they are using the restroom as a storage area. So there are shelves in there with boxes of cleaning supplies, someone’s boots, etc. And the bathrooms haven’t been cleaned in years it looks like. Just a complete mess this place.
