Agree with other reviewer. Purchased few items from them. Terrible customer service. Absolutely no honesty about furniture delivery/pickup estimate. They don’t care if you want to cancel the order duo to delay. The Hispanic receptionist is helpful for nothing. Looks like they store is owned by Yemeni owner. He seems nice when spoke. But seriously they need to be more committed to the customer service. Yes. The price is way cheaper than Value City, Ashley, Belfort, Macys etc. Looks like they have the same product with cheaper price.

SOUNPROFESSIONAL Unbelievably BAD customer service. Employees don’t speak enough english to communicate with their customers and sell products. One of the female employees had a nasty attitude and was so disrespectful that she called me a b**** AND she had lied about saying that when I informed her manager, which by the way did not do anything about his employee cursing at customers. She did not apologize plus the manager just stood there and said«I was not there». Forget about being helped at this company, you will get discriminated against and cursed at and no one will do anything about it. This sad company doesn’t accept any cancelation and will not allow you to get a refund at all, if you get anything it will be to exchange. They put a higher price on the hand written price tags and then sell it to you for a couple hundred less, this way they make you feel as if you’re getting a huge discount. From now on, my family and I will take our money elsewhere to a professional company who cares about their customers.

Got my sofas delivered realised one of the new sofa had a patch on it. Seems like somebody fixed a hole. The drivers took a picture of it and told us they will contact us in a few days. Three weeks went by. So I drove up to the place to find out what happened. Funny thing. Talk to the manager and stated that he knew nothing about. Told the manager what happened and said that he will take care of it. Said ok. He would call me back in a few days. A week goes by so I drive up there AGAIN to find out what was going on. He said that we a schedule to come out to your house tomorrow. I was like really. Nobody called me to inform me that. So I have to take a half day off so they can come by to fix the issue. Thanks for the 24 hr notice. I will never buy anything again from that location. BAD Communication skills and seems like you have to be on top of them to get your issue resolved

Do yourself a big favour by never ever going there. I bought furniture and these guys ripped my door while delivering the furniture. The guys delivering the furniture got upset when my wife told them to be careful and they left the furniture just like that instead of keeping and assembling it properly .It’s been about 6 months now since the owner told me that he will come look at it. Also the after sales service and warranty void sooner than you would think. Every time they would ask you a receipt number from a paper that has every fading on it. Please exercise extreme caution.

This is the second time we’ve ordered from La Monarca of Sterling. Both times the store has had exactly what we were looking for. However, when it came time for delivery(usually two weeks after placing our order) there was a problem with either damaged or missing pieces which had to be re-orded causing even more delay in getting what we paid for. While the company does accept credit cards they will not schedule a delivery until the balance is paid in full so if paying by check you’ll have to wait for the check to clear. I paid with credit card to save time. This is a Hispanic owned company and I prefer buying from smaller companies regardless of ownership, however there seems to be a general misunderstanding with regards to customer service and the staff seem somewhat«aloof» when asking questions or following up on anything. Maybe this is perhaps a language barrier? So once our latest order is compete I will not be purchasing from this location again. I’ll find another small independently owned furniture dealer for future purchases.
