They take forever to check you out at the registers. I’ve shopped at this store several times this year and on my first visit there were 2 sales people and two of us in the store I stood at the cash register for 40 minutes trying to check out. The sales people chat and stop while checking you out to go do other things. I HATE it. The last time I went I needed to return 2 items and again I was there forever. Most of the waiting was because the sales person wouldn’t stop talking. It is bizarre as if they don’t want you to ever leave their store.

The customer service is top notch. The best I’ve ever experienced at a clothing store. Only down side to this place is the price, but the sales associates have nothing to do with that!

Layne Bryant is somewhat pricey, but the quality is great! I have bought several items from this store and love them! The staff is always quite helpful and friendly!
