If there was a negative star you would have 5. We purchased a snowblower with cash and paid an extra $ 50 to have it assembled for a grand total of $ 956. We planned to pick it up the next day. We arrived to find they SOLD it to someone else! Way to go! NOT happy and WILL never do business with you again and also, let it be known that I posted this on our BRAMBLETON blog which 10,000 + people read! Way to win business!

I took our new Honda generator in for repair, starter would not work. I had just bought it in December to use for a small business. I bought a brand new one so there would be no issues. Started using it on March 24th and within a month it was not working. I spent 3k for this??? Took it in on Friday the 25th and was told 5 days waiting period, then waited and on 8th day(Saturday) still no call, nothing done. Was told it would be 2 weeks. I explained that I was out of business until it was repaired. Got a call later that day, it was ready. They claim that there was nothing wrong but a battery tenderizer wire was the problem. They have horrible customer service.

Our Honda lawn mower stopped working, so I took it for repair to Lawn and Leisure Power. On drop-off and pick-up I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and I felt immediately that I could trust these guys. They helped take the mower out of my car, and load it once the repair was complete. Richard, the Parts and Service Manager is very conscientious about customer service and goes out of his way to make every customer feel valued. Would certainly recommend this place!
