New York and Company Dulles Town Center Sterling Va

Great store. Nice quality clothes. This is the first time have shopped in a New York and Company store. It was a very successful shopping trip for my daughter. The sales associates were pleasant and helpful.

They get 2 only because I like the clothes.. this is what I sent ‘t to corporate :
I have been attempting to CONTACT and return an item that was sent to me with a huge hole in it. I find your customer service to be less than acceptable. I am disappointed that the store told me they can’t issue a refund and when I call everyone no one ever says hello good afternoon or thank you. I should NOT be responsible for paying for shipping on a return that your company sent me a ruined item and be told if I want to be reimbursed that I would have to fax a copy of the shipping receipt! Are you kidding me? What kind of company is this? I am almost at platinum level and disgusted with your customer service. I didn’t put a hole in this shirt, it was sent to me like this. The lounge — Open-​Knit Dolman Sweater has holes but not a huge one that makes it unwearable. This is not the first time I have experienced poor customer service. I was in fL shopping at the mall and the girls were very rude. It’s a shame because I like the clothes

NY& Co is one of my favorite stores ever! This particular location is very close to where I live so if I need something last minute, I always go there. And usually, I get exactly what I’m looking for. I’ve definitely spent my fair share of time in this location. The sales people are lovely. They’re very nice and helpful and always offer great service. Usually the store is neat and organized, but sometimes it has its days. Not a big deal at all. I personally like this location better than Fair Oaks and Tyson’s. It’s quieter and less crowded. It’s definitely a go-​to place for work clothes or for casual weekend clothes. And they have amazing sales. Always. Love ittt.

This is a nice location of NY and Company. I do not find as much selection in this location as in the Tysons Corner and Fair Oaks locations, but staff is super friendly and accommodating.
This store is located right across from the Express on the lower level.
