Paul Southwick(now called Pipe Kings) changed a flush valve on my toilet 15 months ago. It is leaking again. When I called yesterday to ask if they would stand by their work and repair it free of charge, they told me that their warranty was only for 12 months and I was out of luck. I concede that they are not obligated to repair, but nor am I obligated to think highly of them or give them a decent review. A flush valve on a seldom-used toilet should last a lot longer than 15 months!!! I would suggest avoiding a business that does mediocre repairs and does not stand behind them.

We had Paul come back a year later and he fixed a problem which should have been fixed the first time around. When I called about the issue I never heard back.

We called Paul Southwick Plumbing to fix a leaky bathtub faucet in our condo. He took apart the faucet and realized he needed to order a part. He put the faucet back together and we haven’t heard from him since. That was two weeks ago. I have called at least 4 times and left messages each time. I guess they don’t need our business? I will not be calling this company again, nor will I recommend them.
