Dr. Cooper is amazing. She always seems in a good mood and she’s always happy to answer my million questions. The wait is never too long. You may wait a max of 10 minutes in the waiting room, but once your name is called you are immediately helped. I love that when we have the doctor we don’t feel like our time with her is rushed. There is a separate ‘sick’ waiting room for children to prevent germs from being spread. The receptionist is nice, she can honestly be slow at times. But she is sweet and very helpful. I recommend this office as they are fast, helpful and friendly.

Gave two stars because the Doctors are nice. We stayed with them for two years. I don’t have one good thing to say other than that. They are not child friendly in any way shape or form. The receptionists(several) are so rude we would cringe even if we had to call them. One of them closed the glass in my husbands face as he was asking a question, on purpose, no mistake. You can’t even dispose of a diaper, breastfeed or anything you would expect to be able to do. They seriously do not seem to like children, or people at all. It’s almost like they go out of the way to be rude. Signs(rules) everywhere. Don’t even think about using your phone. Every appointment was a two hour ordeal. Every time. Ever hold a naked sick toddler in a ten foot room for an hour or more? We have found a new practice and are amazed at how well they treat us and our son. Run, run far and fast. I wish we had.

I like the doctors but the scheduler over the phone who I had today was very rude. She should have known better what it means to work at a doctor’s office. All she did was talking like a machine gun and talking down on a worried parent who could not schedule her son for a flu shot because we were away from the country and he has been sick until now. I sincerely ask to please educate your scheduler so that she/he treats her/his patients/clients respectfully, no matter what. At the end, I believe doctors and hospitals belong to service industry in a sense. If there is an unsatisfied patient, there is a business lost for you.
