Phil was very responsive, informative, professional, and courteous. I informed him of a printer issue (for our client in VA) and he informed it could be the sensor or roller, which sounded right. He also has the best flat rate around out of 6 vendors I tried calling.
I had actually contracted with him for the job but another vendor went onsite without first verifying with me. But Phil was very professional and cordial with the other tech, even though he had driven all the way to Leesburg, and just asked that I keep him in mind for future requests. Definitely built my trust and respect and I will call him directly next time without looking into others.
