They fixed my AC after mice had chewed up the electrical wires from the outside. Same day service, technician was friendly and explained things thoroughly. I’m giving them only 4 stars because they didn’t arrive within the two hour window (3 – 5 pm) they had scheduled. They arrived after 7:30 pm, I wouldn’t of left work early if they were going to show up so late.

Great experience dealing with this company. Called last night and left a message (not an emergency) and while looking up their number the next morning my phone rang. 8:01. Yes it was the folks over at S & S. We now have cool air flowing through the vents. Thank You for the wonderful customer Service.

Jack is awesome. He really knows his heating and cooling and he is very honest and reliable. I wouldn’t consider using anybody else for heating and cooling in northern Virginia because S & S is the best.

They recently replaced a 30-​year old furnace in a townhouse I manage. They were on time for all appointments — even called ahead to be sure someone would be there. They were efficient and cleaned up the mess. The office was extremely helpful as I worked between the company and the owner to be sure all things were done. The cost was very good as well.
Would use them again and recommend to others.
