I was only here for about half hour to write a few things and send a few emails out. It’s attached to the community center so you might get confused as which building is which. The library is on the right side. I was a bit disappointed they didn’t have any quiet areas for studying or working. Most libraries I’ve been to have those kinds of booths or tables with power outlets so you can bring your computer/tablet and plug away and get to work. Didn’t see that here. There were computer stations but all were occupied. I was only here since I was in the area at the time. I think I’ll stick with the other libraries over this one.

You would never know that this is a library unless you knew ahead of time. This library hosts an awesome group of little kids reading and storyline options on Tuesdays. They also do special events(I.e.: balloon days) for little kids. In addition, it has one of the best fenced in playgrounds in the area. Two large playgrounds, one for toddlers and one for older kids in the midst of a spacious, treed yard perfect for picnics. Great library and an asset to the community. We drive from Leesburg to this library. It’s just worth it.

Extremely small with limited selection. Most of the books on hand are for kids, with a small handful of shelves for everything else. If you’re looking for something specific, better to make an online request. On the bright side, the staff have always been very helpful when I’ve had questions.

Have been bringing my 4yr old to the summer programs for the past 3 yrs. All the same shows and events that are done at the Cascades library without the crowds. They also have a shaded playground that’s great before or after the planned activity.
