Sweet Frog Dulles

Overall I really like the sweet frog concept and have been to several different locations. Why the poor rating for this one. The staff seems to close the store before the posted time on the door. My friend and I went one evening after dinner, and arrived at the store about 30 minutes before they closed. There were also customers sitting inside. The rude employee comes to the door and says «we’re closed», before I have a chance to question, since it was well before the posted closing time she motions to a customer to lock the door.
Poor customer service, closing before your posted times without explaination. Not a good receipe for success. I won’t be returning to this location. Instead we went to cold stone nearby as they were still open and according to the hours posted on the door.

New Sweet Frog in the Wegmans Plaza. It is right next to the Petco. The place looked like any other Sweet Frog inside, but they were having some issues with the machines when I went in and the ice cream was a little soft. I guess it wasn’t as cold as it should be. Other than that the place was great.
