Great Shopping experience. Walked in To Big Screen store and was blown away by the wide selection of TV’s. The sales associates Charlie and Kevin were very helpful and guided me through the different models and explained with accurate precision. As a former military man I can appreciate that kind professionalism. Charlie was former military as well, I got a great deal on a Samsung 4k TV and will be back again for more. I highly recommend this Big Screen Store location

I have shopped at this location many of times. In the past I have received great service. Better than a Best Buy or Costco, but nothing that would be note worthy. This time was different. First I had an issue with my TV from 2013, and Brian helped get the service taken care of. Two days later, I got a follow up from the store to make sure I was taken care of. The process was quick and painless and my TV is now fixed. A few weeks later I came in and Brian was busy, so I worked with Charlie. He was knowledgable and really took care of me. When I got my new Ultra HD tv delivered, I had some questions, so I came in and had an hour long class with Brian. He spent an hour of his time just hanging out with me and explaining what my Tv could do. These two guys are just amazing and I highly recommend shopping with them.

Horrible customer service. Spent more than $ 3k with them and have had problems since the beginning. The last one, was we reported problems with our 3DTV in January. They«lost our report» when we called 3 weeks later to see where they were on sending service, they claimed they were just getting ready to call us back. Every time we called, they would promise to check and call us back, but never did. When we would call them the claim was always the same… they were just getting ready to call us… Really!!! Today(4⁄19) after numerous dealings with tthe insurance company,(the extended service we bought from the Big Screen Store) we were to get our replacement TV. We asked for a early morning install, they called and said they could not be here until between 3 and 6. When I called the store at 6:15, once again they said«we were just getting ready to call you». They came at 6:45 pm. Save your sanity, go Costco or Best Buy. They at least offer customer service. Personally, I have to believe the 5 star reviews are bogus. Nothing I have seen shows 5 stars for anything to do with this store. Spend your money where they care, will follow up and provide customer service. My guess is WalMart could and would provide better service.

I wanted to write this review because I have just experience excellent service! In this day and age great service usually is only provided just before a purchase. I called in today to ask if they would help me verify my proof of purchase(needed by Panasonic to even evaluate my repair claims against them). I bought a TV through them 15 months ago and it stopped working(not their fault they don’t make the TVs.) I didn’t buy the extended warranty because Panasonics are usually amazing. I explained my situation and they felt bad asked if their was anything they could do and emailed my proof of purchase. They even gave me a few pointers on how to express my discontent with Panasonic’s Customer Service. A benefit was that they didn’t try to get me to purchase another TV and wanted to fix my situation not make another sale. How many places would do this for a customer? I highly doubt you would get this from a large Electronic Store. This place as earned my business from now on.

We went with the consideration of possibly buying a new LED, and left with a good deal and a sweet plasma. Joe was a wealth of knowledge, worked with our budget, talked us through our options and helped us make the most informed decision. Also, unlike the crappy big box stores, cables aren’t running a gazillion dollars. We also liked the personal attention-we spent a solid hour in there discussing options and he wasn’t even a bit irritated. Oh! And they also give you a 30 day price match guarantee. Thats nice also.
