The manager is very helpful and honest. In a world of car mechanics who steer you towards pricey repairs. I can trust this place. To top it off, I «caught» the one technician dancing in the garage… it made for a funny and memorable experience.

Great customer service, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The oil change I got was relatively quick and I didn’t have to leave my car as they did it right in front of me. Love the whole idea of a drive thru station. Price wasn’t too bad considering the quality. The manager informed me about some minor work that my car needed but didn’t pressure me into getting the services done. Would definitely go back next time!

This place used to to be good but now it is managed very badly. They refused my coupon and they were so mean even though I am long time customer of them. I will never go back to them. Stay away from this business.

These gentlemen here are great. I have an older Ford with 300k miles. I had a problem opening the hood and they spent almost an hour working it. Fast forward two days later and I had gotten the hood open. I went in with the intention of getting an engine flush. Ahmad told me for an older car like mine it’s just not a good idea. Stopped by Saturday to get a synthetic oil change.
First of all, there was only 1 car ahead of me, and the Manager Dean came out immediately and greeted me. I was in within 5 minutes.
The pricing is in line with every one else. I had a $ 15 off coupon, even better.
They looked at all fluids and filters. I was impressed with their computer system which quickly let them look up Mfr specs.
I even asked them about when I need a Transmission fluid change, Dean looked it up and said it is not due yet. They did not try to up-​sell expensive add on items.
This Valvoline has earned my Trust.

I recently went here on a Saturday for oil change. Armed with a Groupon, I reached there at 8:00 AM. Julio assisted me and gave me various oil change options. I went with the option that I already had in mind. I was courteously directed to the reception area while they worked on changing the oil. I was called back in about 15 – 20 minutes. Julio gave me few recommendations on changing power steering fluid and coolant liquid. Since I was not thinking of spending any more money that particular day on car maintenance, I respectfully declined. Moreover, I wasn’t sure if my recent factory recommended service included those or not. I thought best to check first and then come back later. I had to pay less than a dollar (taxes.I think) other than the Groupon value, and I was out of their shop. All in all, I would say experience was pleasant, and I would certainly return. I would highlight that the staff was friendly which always stands out.

I’ve been going to this shop for the last 2 years because its very convenient and I rarely have to wait long. But this last visit was it. I do a lot of my own car maintenance and the workers here constantly try to «up sell» me on unnecessary maintenance such as cabin filter and air filter replacement. In fact, the last 2 times when they checked the cabin filter, they failed to put my glove compartment back correctly. During my last visit, when I asked to get my tires rotated, the came out and said I should have them balanced (these were new tires — less than 10K miles). I said no, its not needed. After they rotated the tires, the rear wheel started making a loud rumbling noise so it appears they either removed some of the balance weights on the wheel or they came off.
Bottom line is that my experience is similar to other reviewers. This outfit’s strategy is to get you in on low oil change price point and then hard sell you on services that you did not request and/​or you don’t need.
I will not go there again!

I went to get an oil change there today. I was waiting in my car, in front of one of the two open change areas that were both servicing cars. There was one other car waiting in front of another garage entrance. By chance my area got done with the oil change quicker than they guy at the other entrance. One of the workers asked me to back up my car and change positions with the other car because the other car was there first. He was the same moron that placed me in front of my entrance in the first place. I assume the other entrance would have been available shortly, but this idiot felt the need to switch us around. I told him I did not feeling like moving my car around. He would not budge, so I just left.
I will never go back again. Idiots!

I had a great experience at this location!
I have been getting my oil changed at the valvoline instant oil change chain for a few years now. I like their technique. It’s very unique. You get to sit in your car while they come from the ground underneath your car and change your oil. I’m always done within 20 – 30 minutes even if there is a short line ahead of me.
The staff here was very friendly and did their job well.

I went to Valvoline to get an oil change with a Groupon deal $ 19 for a new filter and oil change. Not a bad deal. My car needed 5.7 liters and the groupon only covered 5 liters. It only cost me $ 4.50 so still I was very happy and the service was quick! However, when I left the station my hood was left open and a mile down the road I heard a loud pop and something started dragging under my car! Scared, I immediately pulled over and saw a metal cover thing dragging. Driving back to the station frustrated I kept my hazards on. But of course where they are located there is about 4 speed bumps!!! When I finally got back the metal thing now looked like a crumpled soda can.
The service manager came to tell me that they probably did not put it back on correctly… ya think?! They pulled my car on the thing again an had 3 guys go to work. Instead of calling me down there before they covered it up they just put a black sponge thing over it and called it a day. I asked if there was any damage but he told me no not at all. I’m now taking it to the dealership tomorrow for another look! Fingers crossed.

I just took my car into Goodyear for my next oil change (note that my family and I won’t go to Valvoline again). Goodyear calls me to let me know my oil change is done. and he says…“by the way, did you know that you have no air filter in the car?” So after all that hassle at Valvoline and paying for an Air Filter, they never even put it in the car!!! Now I have to pay to get an induction service done on my car to clean it out since I’ve been running for a few months with NO AIR FILTER! Definitely reaffirms my stance not to use Valvoline again!
Terrible Customer Service.
I went to this Valvoline last Friday to get my oil changed. I had a coupon for what I thought was $ 15 off an oil change. When I gave it to the Service Rep, he said that I get a free air filter with that too. I needed it changed, so that was a bonus. I get the bill and it’s $ 48. Here I was expecting $ 25 or so.
When I questioned the Sales Rep, he said it was just $ 15 off an oil change AND Air Filter service. There are coupons every week for a $ 19 oil change. While I admittedly read this coupon incorrectly, when I told him that my family and I are loyal customers and we always pay about $ 19…he just said, «Sorry…you don’t have the right coupon.»
I just think it’s outrageous to have a list price of $ 40.00 for an oil change, when you are always having coupons for $ 19. And it’s misleading to tell me I’d get my air filter free as well. I could have paid $ 10 for that and replaced it myself. It’s not rocket science.
We’ve got 5 cars in our household that we regularly bring to Valvoline. That’s going to stop as of last Friday.

Good overall but always trying to up sell! I go to them every time and last time I got my air filter changed on their advice and then they asked me the next time to get it again! C’mon!!! Stop the prodding and focus on real problems!

I just stopped in at Good Year and they told me I needed all new brakes and rear rotors. I swing around to Valvoline next door and they show me I only need the rear brakes replaced. The front are at 10 mm and my rear rotors fine. Wow, these guys are honest! This will be my new go to place from now on.
