Vivi’s Nails and Spa

I did not have a Unilocal account BTW so I started it today because of my experience yesterday evening at this place. I walked in and the lady was eating. I went in for a gel manicure. To make a long story short, I picked a red color polish and not only that she did not file nails the right way, but while polishing, I had to tell her about spots that she kept on missing. Not to mentioned that my hands were stained with the red polish in which I had to tell her to remove. One of my thumb nails, on the 2^nd coat of the polish, she did not touch the line along the cuticle. I told her to apply another coat and because she could not understand me, she nodded her head agreeing, but she still did not do it. Instead, she applied the top coat twice, really? at the end, she finished my nails with alcohol, which is normal with gel polish, except, she smothers my hands with that and then while my hands were all wet with alcohol, she applies the lotion and massaged my hands with those two mixed up, OMG. Bottom line is, I am not going back. I was hoping that I will like it since it’s next door to me, but I am done.

It was 12 noon when I talked in. I got placed with an older lady. A fill took an 1 and 30 mins.
After effing up my nails she had the guts to charge me $ 25 for fill and filing down my nails. When she told me $ 25 I thought I misheard her. So I turn to the other lady who said her name was Kim to make sure that was the price. And she told me yes $ 25 because miss slow poke said she did fill, cut down and fixed my nail. What nail did she fix?
This b better be lucky I even gave her a tip. What pissed me off even more kim said I didn’t know what service she did .she just told me what she did and that she doesn’t speak English week. What the hell does that have to do about the horrible job on my nails and then overcharging me. Smh a client is not satisfied and that is the only you can say. non English speaking fools.
To top it off I left with oily fingers because she put the cuticl oil on my hand at the end of service instead before washing my hands. Won’t be back.

They have been open a month. I had a french manicure with a parrafin treatment and eye brow wax. The place is very clean and the equipment is well taken care of. Additionally, the prices are reasonable and the people are friendly. I will definitely go back.
