Decided to finally get a Unilocal account so I could give a huge shout out to Zerorez of DC Metro! The service was fantastic. I had basement carpet, basement carpeted stairs and basement tile cleaned (white tile/white grout). The carpet got noticibly fluffier and cleaner, but the tiles and the grout that were dingy and grey became white again! I really couldn’t believe how good they looked. That was three weeks ago and everything still looks AMAZING. I have referred this company to several people now and I can’t wait until next year to have everything cleaned again! The carpets in my new rental were pretty gross, so I booked a cleaning. The technicians were on time and friendly. They finished finished earlier than anticipated and the carpets looked so much better afterwards. They were only slightly damp, and didn’t have any strong chemical smells.
Lastly, when I originally booked the appointment I was going to be charged for 3 rooms, but after the cleaning one of the technicians made sure I was only charged for 2 rooms since my place was so small. I really appreciated him going out of his way to do that.
