I just finished Ana’s 6-week prenatal yoga session, and it was terrific! The classes were pretty similar, but each one was different enough to keep it fresh. The modifications for our growing bellies were very helpful, and the environment was super open and welcoming when a lot of women may be extra self-conscious of their bodies during pregnancy. Very glad I gave this a try and got out of the house each week, it became a welcome positive distraction between all the doctor visits and daily work stress.
