Very upfront and professional. I’m glad they were recommended by another company that couldn’t service my brand of spa. The tech came out and diagnosed the problem in under 30 minutes. He had to come back the following day. He was early and got it done fast. We were heated up and relaxing 5 hours later. The owner was a pleasure to deal with when I called and everyone I talked to was spot on with any question I had. I highly recommend this company for any spa work.
