Del Taco

Service was terrible! I walked in and nobody in line. Stood in front waiting for someone for 15 mins. Asked someone else who was waiting-​they said, nobody’s been waited in & they think the «drive thru» is faster. It was! But really? Who’s runs this place?

Holy crap are they slow. Sometimes you wait 30 minutes for food for no reason. Also they have gotten my order wrong on several occasions and had to drive back.

Wow… That was the worst meal I have ever eaten in my entire life. Crap… I hope I dont get food poisoning.
So since my review the owner contacted me and seemed genuinely sorry for my experience. I thought that was cool. So I went back and I have to say the food was decent this time and the manager Anna was very nice and extremely professional.

Ew they completely messed up my order and they were totally out of all the Sauses and 2 of the employees were arguing over their eyeliner and I ordered regular fries and I got cheddar cheese fries with jalapeños and my lettuce and avocado had black spots all over

Let’s just say that I called about twelve times to ask where the heck half of my order was and I was hung up on ever time. I usually am happy with my spicy quesadilla here but really? Is this a thing? I can get someone to just make me the rest of my order? That’s theft. Thanks guys.

This Del Taco is a joke. They either take way too long or mess up your order, if you need Del Taco go to the one on Soledad and Boquet. This owner must be doing something very wrong.

This Del Taco has fallen so far from what it used to be. I should know, I worked there 4 years ago. (Check the pictures posted on this page, I’m there in the old uniform.) I understand that mistakes will be made, especially if you’re working food service. In my time there I made plenty of mistakes when recording the order. Shit happens. However in my last three visits the unrecognizable Del Taco team had consistently messed up my order. My order is simple: bacon double del, no cheese, add jalapeños. Each time I had to drive back to the store and explain the mix up in the most polite way possible, because I know no one likes a bitchy complaining customer. Often times the burger lacked the jalapeños I paid extra for and every time there was cheese. The French fries where also cold in the middle, from someone taking them out too soon. I was helped twice by their GM and once by a cashier. Both of them were rude and didn’t seem to care. They were more concerned with talking smack on their fellow employees in Spanish, rather than make sure the food they were putting out was quality. I hate bashing restaurants, it’s so vain, but I have no problem bashing the people who provide the worst customer service imaginable. I’ll be driving a few extra miles to the other Del Taco location just so I won’t have to deal with the new Del Taco 942 Team.

I really loved their food! I had never tried it but on my trip to LA, this was a nice pit stop to fulfill my nacho craving!

It’s fast food… keyword is fast. The people working have no sense of urgency, and there are people ahead of us who have been waiting up to 30 mins. If you want fast fast food, it would literally be faster to drive a mile down the hill to the other del taco. Apparently 10 customers is more then they can handle on a Sunday afternoon.

I love the food here and there is one employee who is the sweetest person ever and is always so kind. However, the drive thru here is a mess. It takes FOREVER every single time I come through. I have waited over 20 minutes on numerous occasions. I have even sat at the order box for 15 before they took my order. They need to work on the drive thru.

Used the drive thru last night. From the time I ordered to I got my food was 16 and a half minutes.
I ordered 6 tacos and a small fry. When I pulled up to the window I was told the total was $ 15.07. I said that was not my order and was given a total of $ 12.45. I said I ordered 6 tacos and a small fry.
Somehow the order was not in the system and they would rush it. $ 5.70 and over five minutes later I pulled away with my food and an excuse that I must not have placed an order
This is not the first time this location has messed up my order. Taco Bell is a quarter mile away. I will use that location

This Del taco is like any other Dell taco. Just come in and eat it. The bathrooms aren’t back clean. But it gets the job done.

Its okay. Some of the menu item is disgusting. But I used the drive thru and the service was great.

Food is on par with other fast food crap like McDonald’s or Taco Bell. I only eat it when I’m in a mad rush. The one star is for their drive through. Takes several minutes to process each order. Come on guys, microwave crap does not take this long.

Just a quick freeway stop on our way home from LA and we were not in the mood to stop and sit down to eat just grab a bite and keep on driving.
I’m a huge fan of the .85 Jacked up BRC burritos on the value menu. For those of you who don’t know what they are i will explain. BRC stands for beans, rice and cheese and the jacked up part is green sauce with the cheese being jack cheese. Now i have had the new found love affair with jack cheese so these are just amazing in my eyes.
Now to be more clear the rice is this white cilantro rice I’m imagining because it isn’t spanish rice and their beans have now been made in house from scratch and are kinda lumpy, yum. Green sauce is not hot but a nice spice and the cheese is my fav so it is just a combo I’m after.
So we grabbed a bag of 6 and a couple of drinks through the drive through and away we went and my sister in law said she only wanted one and i said «i know i got some for later!» Yes they micro well too. So the drive thru service was fast and the food was good. They don’t have Dr. Pepper so I had to settle for Mr. Pibb which theirs is pretty good to me. I will stop again.
Didn’t try it here but for anyone who hasn’t tried the Double Del Cheese Burger you are missing out, this is by far the best big chain cheeseburger made. It is always tasty and well made. Very very good my husbands favorite too.

This has to be one of the cleanest well kept eateries I have ever seen for a fast food establishment. The restroom impeccable, our food was on time, fresh as well as the staff helpful. We definitely would eat at this one again.

My tacos were perfect these girls throw down! Tables and bathrooms all clean. Friendly staff and ‘festive’ indoors

I typically don’t write reviews for the big chain fast food joints but I was so impressed with how clean this Del Taco was, I had to compliment them. I am usually very conscious about this stuff because I don’t want my daughter touching filthy things, but I felt pretty good about it here. Even the high chairs were spotless.
In addition, the cashier was super friendly. He was smiling, appeared to be in a good mood and patiently answered my multiple questions about the menu. I was just there, 11÷10÷14 around 5pm, so whoever you are, sir, well done. Overall, I was very impressed with my visit.

They JIPPED my boyfriend and I with our tacos. We got 7 regular tacos and 4 of them barely had any meet, cheese, and lettuce. I am NEVER going there again. Not like i came here a lit, i almost never eat fast food. The 3 tacos with the normal amount of stuffing were good but the others were AWFUL. It was RIDICULOUS, i know they are cheap but come on, don’t stoop that low. I mean seriously? Ruined my lunch because i ate 3 tacos and two of mine were the jipped ones, beyond annoyed. DON’T GO TO THIS del taco!!!

Never before has one waited 15 minutes for one breakfast taco except for when in line at del taco.
But it’s del taco, fast, clean. friendly. and cheap… Just right now they aren’t used to their new breakfast menu.
Which is amazing. and even when i take my lunch slightly past breakfast hours, the staff is always cool about still making me my breakfast tacos.
Stress eating. at it’s finest. i go here whenever i’m working and need a little pick me up.
The ice coffee is amazing.
