Oh where do I begin? How about, this place is awesome! Granted, it is almost Spring and due to the recent rains, this Canyon is so green and filled with wildflowers! I photographed atleast 12 different kinds and uploaded a few on Unilocal. There is a nice parkong lot with a doggie waste station, places to sit and restrooms nearby. The trail is fantastic — pretty well maintained with great views. There are several steep side trails that are fun to run up. Then, the best of both worlds a concrete set of(I counted) 166 steps! Killer workout! I went closer to noon so it wasnt that crowed — averaged 5 people on the stairs while I was there. I jogged up 4 times then did 4 set of lunges up the stairs. At first glance, it doesn’t seem that hard, but oh my I was exhausted! It is a challenge! Bring plenty of water and a towel!

This is a nice trail with a bonus staircase to really get a good workout in. I took the trail up the steep hill past the staircase. It’s a steep hike to the top with some carved in steps along the way which make it a lot easier. The views are so stunning someone was literally sitting there with a paintbrush, capturing the scenery on canvas. My legs felt like jello afterwards so I would say its a darn good place to break a sweat and soak up some mother nature. There is plenty of free parking as well as bathroom facilities. Not crowded at all — I went on a Sunday afternoon and only ran into two people.

First time hiking here, me And my friends weren’t sure where to go but we Followed the trail and it seems like it gets cut off but you basically just keep going straight and also follow the foot steps other people have left behind. The main trail basically takes you all around. You just have to be careful because you do go through the middle of the bushes and plants so you get scratched of your wearing shorts(I was) lol. It was a fun hike to try it out we did about 1.5 miles and we did the stairs that are on your ride side to finish off a good workout

Dog friendly trails with lots of wildlife viewing. Rattlesnakes frequent the area. Tons of rabbits hopping around. Great set of stairs that consists of 163 steps. To get to the stairs: From the parking lot go left to the trail thats heading down. Follow it around the bend and the stairs will be on your right hand side beyond the trees.

I AMINLOVE! We moved here from Santa Monica 6 years ago, and I just found out there were these steps in Santa Clarita! I am a fan of the stairs in Santa Monica, so now I am over the moon! They are sooooo clean!

Quaint little park tucked away off of the 5 freeway that has some dirt trails and benches. Also offers doggie pickup bags and grassy areas. There is a killer set of stairs if you keep walking left from the parking lot. Roughly 150 neatly stacked little cement stairs that will work you out. It’s reminiscent of what the Santa Monica Stairs might have looked like before the years of use and abuse. The top of the flight offers a nice view of… houses and hills. That and the satisfaction of a good workout.
