Tutor Time

We searched high and low for a day care and this one is the best. I’ve put two boys in from infant to kinder and we’ve had nothing but great experiences. Our boys love the teachers like family. The school goes above and beyond with creative and educational curriculum. My son was more than prepared for kinder when the time came. Everyone is treated like family and they are very attentive to your babies needs. I specifically love the phone app they use to inform me about my child during the day. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my kids to be.

Absolutely fantastic! Our daughter has been attending here during this past year for infant care and we couldn’t be happier! The teachers and administrators are very accommodating and the facility is second to none. We are so glad she is here!

We searched exhaustively for a place that we felt was clean and paid very close attention to our child. Tutor time in Stevenson ranch, under the careful watch of Ms. Rosemary, hit the mark spot on. We enrolled our child there at the age of 14 months and haven’t had a moment of unhappiness since, and our child is now 5 years old and about to go to kindergarten.
The pros:
–the front door is secured by fingerprint and number code, and Ms. Rosemary the director sits with her office directly facing the door so she can see everyone coming in and out… and say hi with an awesomely friendly wave!
–there is a structured learning environment. they have lesson plans and for the older kids (4 – 5) «homework»
–there are several playgrounds, and they are made to be safe, unlike what I saw in some other childcare centers where there was no cushioning under the playsets. I mean really???
–food is served as a part of the tuition (B, L and multiple snacks) and the kids are well fed. no outside food is allowed which is great for kids with food sensitivities.
–the summer program is separate from the school year program, so kids feel like they are in a cool summer camp.
–the teachers are wonderful… kind, patient and I never get the heebie-​jeebies from any of them.
–this is not a franchised out tutor time (unlike some other tutortimes we looked at) so it is monitored super carefully.
–Most importantly, when I drop my child off there I feel comfortable knowing she’s safe. There’s no wondering if something is going to happen to her because everything is so well orchestrated and kids are monitored so well. Classrooms are not overcrowded.
–almost forgot (its been so long) but they basically potty trained my child in 2 days. yeah. I know. awesome.
It was a bit of a drive for us to drop her off (15 min or so) but the piece of mind is worth anything (obviously). As a doctor I have incredibly high standards for how things are done and how my child was cared for, and this Tutor Time definitely met those expectations. I wish they had grade school classes!!!

When we moved to the Santa Clarita Valley from Sherman Oaks a few years ago I panicked when I had to find a new pre-​school for my children. I scheduled tours and interviews with every single pre-​school in the entire Santa Clarita Valley.
I decided the best school for my children was Tutor Time and that decision has turned out to be great. My children love this school and love their teachers.
Tutor Time turned out to be even better than the exclusive private pre-​school we had them in the San Fernando Valley.
I feel that my children are safe and well taken care of, which puts my mind at ease while I’m at work.
At this point I feel like Tutor Time has become family. I couldn’t have asked for a better pre-​school.

I checked out several daycare programs throughout the Valencia and Santa Clarita area. Once I met with the director Ms. Rosemary and had a tour of the facility, I knew it was the right place for my daughter who was 17 months when enrolled. She loves going to «school» and loves the entire faculty; even the teachers that aren’t in her classroom greet her with a smile and take the time to get to know her. I myself love the entire team as well! They provide a clean and safe environment, actually have a weekly curriculum they follow, and provide nutritious meals. I also like the fact that art is included on a regular basis as it is just as important as learning in our home. They take the time to call you if you should know something before you pick up your child and don’t mind how many times you call to check on your beloved one!
If you are having a hard time deciding on a daycare, I strongly recommend setting up a tour of this Tutor Time. Kudos to Ms. Rosemary and her entire team for providing such a great environment for children!

I have to say I’m thoroughly pleased with this school! My son is 2, and I have searched high and low for the perfect environment for him. I have definitely hit the jackpot with Tutor Time! I’ve been very careful in choosing a school for him — I’ve taken into consideration location, cleanliness, security, friendliness of staff, teacher to child ratio, healthy menu choices (snacks and lunches are included!), outdoor time, etc… and this school passed my personal «OCD» inspection with flying colors! When I first visited the facility, I already noticed how happy all the children were, and how sweet all the teachers were to the children. All the toys and activities were age-​appropriate. My son’s teacher, Ms. Sam and the Director, Ms. Rosemary remembered our names after just ONE visit to the school. With all the things I love about Tutor Time, I can say that there are 2 things that float to the top of my list — the fact that I can visit my son or call anytime… and the fact that Ms. Rosemary and Ms. Sam always take the time to talk to me whenever I visit or pick up my son in the afternoon. It’s very evident that they are making it a point to build a relationship with me — and that makes me very happy! Great job, Tutor Time!!!

My 3-​year old daughter has been going to TutorTime in Stevenson Ranch for a little over 2 years now. She is now in the Preschool class. After having done tons of my own research, my husband and I decided on TutorTime. We and she LOVES her teachers, especially Miss Candy, Miss Natalie, Miss Vivian and Miss Noemi (too name a few), Tee-​Ta (the chef), Anna (Assistant Director) and Rosemary (the Director). We feel assured our daughter is safe, healthy, treated well and is learning so much for her age. She loves going to TutorTime which gives us peace of mind as well! In fact, she’s never ready to come home after being at school all day! My daughter loves her teachers so much, she has named a few of her dolls and toys after them!
They give you a daily report on how your child is doing and what they have learned There are many extracurricular activities too! As a nurse in our community, I highly recommend TutorTime in Stevenson Ranc
