Very very clean environment and friendly staff. Will be back again. The yogurt is actually pretty good. Personally Pinkberry is my absolute favorite. But this place is equivalent to menchies/yogurtland.

This place is nearby but I’ve only come in once. When we finally walked in the doors, we were greeted immediately by 2 smiles behind the counter. The staff was friendly, I had no problems there. Plus it seemed clean so that was a plus. I tried a few different flavors, I can’t remember the names of them all, but I do remember that none of them were special and I only liked one of them. I think it was the cookies & cream. All of the others left something to be desired. There was just not enough flavor in most of them. I’m not sure what else I can say about this place. I would try them again but I won’t be expecting much.

Great customer service, always pleasant and helpful. But it’s all about the Nutella flavored FroYo. Just so much to chose from. Great place to visit.

Not impressed. We stopped in for something cold and that is all we got. Yogurt is flavorless, got Vanilla and Mango and they tasted identical. Not nearly as good as Yogurtland or U-Swirl.

Clean and nice employees who greeted us &gave me sample cups but i did not like the taste of the frozen yogurt. Salted caramel was too strong, as was the peanut butter & choc fudge so i went with my usual, Vanilla. I should have tested that first… It tasted really off and the texture was a little weird maybe somewhat chalky if thats even possible? not like my usual vanilla fro yo i have at many other places.

LOVE! Love this place! Selection of yogurt is plentiful, tons of toppings, clean and friendly! We go at least ¾ times a week.

Came here for the first time on Monday night, and was not impressed. Taste wise, it was probably the least appealing frozen yogurt I have tried. Maybe it was a bad batch, but it was tough to even finish it(although I did). There were two gentlemen working that day… The younger one seemed to be great with the other customers, and was friendly and professional. The older gentlemen(possibly the owner/manager?) rang us up and did not say one word to us. This is a huge pet peeve of mine, especially when my son is involved. If a kid brings a yogurt/product up to you for purchase, it is a big deal for him/her. Say hello or interact with him/her and help make his/her«big boy/girl» experience a pleasant one. It is bad business to make a kid ask his/her parent why«that man was so mad»… Needless to say, I will not come back. I did not give them a one star rating because the other employee seemed great, and the place itself seemed nice and clean. But in the likelihood that the older gentleman was the owner/manager(as the customer service rules did not seem to apply to him), I have noted this spot as a do not return for me.

We love to go to this frozen yogurt place more than any other. They have a lot of different toppings. The best part is that they have every yogurt noted with important nutritional information. They are noted when they are sugar-free, lactose free, gluten free, and so on. They have delicious frozen yogurt and my favorite topping – chocolate cover strawberries! The employees aren’t very personable but it doesn’t matter because we go for the yogurt and topping, not the service – seeing as it is self-serve. Also, it is always really clean, which is important because my mom and I have auto-immune disease and get sick easily. I have gotten sick from other yogurt places, like Menchies, but never from Yogurteria!

Basically a generic frozen soft yogurt shop that can be found everywhere in the L.A. area. Yogurteria places itself in the vast mediocrity of yogurt places where it doesn’t distinguish itself as being truly great nor extremely bad. To its credit, Yogurteria is clean, well organized, plainly labeled & well lit in an immaculate, clinical sort of way. It almost looks as though surgery can be performed at any moment on site. The cashier looked like a high school student, fresh, eager, friendly. For my flavour progression, I started with the lightest, more nuanced to the stronger, more pronounced in order to not spoil my flavour discriminating palate: vanilla, strawberry, dulce de leche, chocolate, & Irish mint.(Mint & chocolate being a classic combination.) No major gripes, but nothing culinarily memorable either.

Stopped by here yesterday and was not impressed. I’m giving three stars because the worker was friendly and the store was very clean. Where I had a problem was the taste of the yogurts. I got peanut butter cup, vanilla, and dulce de leche. I felt like the flavors tasted very artificial. In the end, I threw away my yogurt with more than half of it remaining. My mom got blueberry and threw hers away too. The toppings did seem very fresh, and there was a lot to choose from. The appearance of the topping bar was clean and organized. I most likely will not be back. I wish the yogurt tasted better because this yogurt place is the closest to my parents’ house. I guess I will be driving a little further for yogurt when I’m in town!

Was not happy when I found out this yogurt cost $ 14 for a pint! Of course you don’t know the cost until you are at the register. Yogurt was good but for the price I don’t think I’ll be back.

Some of the best tasting fro-yo in the valley! Store is always clean and the staff is very friendly. It is a self serve fro-yo store and they have a nice selection of flavors and toppings. My only complaint is that I wished they would change out their flavors a little more often.

Nice place with lots of space to sit. Good variety also. Some of them tend to be very sugary. I prefer the Tutti Frutti on Lyons but on a lazy day I don’t mind coming here.

Only been here once, when I went to the café next door today, as I don’t live nearby. I got a little cup of yogurt fo $ 2 to share after dinner. There was only 1 couple in there, and the really friendly cashier. Their yogurt was actually pretty good, and I never sit inside these kind of places to eat(ate outside). The interior was very clean. I had some tart, pistachio, and marshmallow, and I liked them all. If I was in the area, I would go again.

My husband and I used to own a fro-yo store so we are super critical of frozen yogurt places. However, Yogurteria passed our inspection with flying colors! We went in on a Sunday at about 7. It was date night and we had just finished dinner with time to spare before the babysitter had to leave. Woo-hoo! We decided to satisfy the fro-yo craving we had by trying the«new place» in Stevenson Ranch we had driven by a few times. I am so happy we chose Yogurteria over some of the other fro-yo places that have been cropping up around Santa Clarita lately. Initial inspection: The store has inviting and calming green tones and is VERY clean. The employees greeted us and were not on their phones or chatting with each other. It is obvious that the store is frequently mopped, the fro-yo drips are wiped often, and the toppings bar is cleaned immediately from spills and crumbs. The taste test: We asked for samples and were given a few cups. Right away I noticed there were many flavors in this self-serve establishment and the flavors were posted neatly with important information like«dairy-free» and«gluten free.» I have Celiac and need gluten free so this simple step of advertising the nutrition and allergy info saves me time – I hate having to bother the employees to find out nutritional information. I immediately tasted the Toasted Coconut and fell in love. The yogurt was CREAMY. This is a good sign as it means the machine was clean and is cleaned often. My husband sampled a couple and settled on his old favorite-Dulce de Leche. BTW: It doesn’t matter what brand of fro-yo a store uses, if you find that the fro-yo is runny or icy it means a machine that has not been cleaned… and most likely is not cleaned daily. I find it funny that people complain about one store’s fro-yo or praise another when many places use the same distributors! It is the same fro-yo, but the machine and the cleanliness of the machine make all the difference The toppings: I opted for shredded coconut, almonds, and yogurt chips. My husband got chocolate, strawberries, and nuts. There were the standard toppings available(fruits, nuts, mochi, juice poppers!) plus jelly beans, lychee(yum!), and lots of sauces(Ghirardelli chocolate and caramel! and marshmallow crème!)… Overall: The place was clean, the staff was friendly, the most importantly the yogurt was CREAMY and delicious. We will definitely be back next date night… or even for a quick family treat!

The friendly employees are what keeps me coming back! Not to mention the yummy flavors! Dulce de leche is my favorite with malted milk shake coming in a close second. I like supporting small businesses so friendly employees and a quality product make it easy!

New yogurt startup and an independent business. The yogurt is very good and creamy. The topping selection is what you would expect. They have had some great flavors and do a good job of knowing and publicizing what flavors are coming. Their dulce de leche is great. I hope one of these days they carry taro.

Such a strange place. The owner and his family members are always sitting there staring at the customers. One time I went, and there was such a loud group of people, and I was really bothered by it and it ended up being the owner, her friends and their children. It’s clear they’ve never owned a business like this in the past, it seems as if they think they can just hang out there all day making the customers feel uncomfortable by staring at them. THISISNOTYOURLIVINGROOM. I won’t be going back here because menchies have better yogurt(the yogurt here is very sweet and not enough variety) but mostly because at menchies, you won’t get stared at by an entire family(children, grandma, grandpa) when you try to enjoy your yogurt.

Great new frozen yogurt place in Stevenson Ranch. Sure, there are plenty self-serve frozen yogurt places in Santa Clarita, but this one is clean has has just about everything you can think of. Went there tonight for the first time. Lots of flavors and toppings which is good. I got the original tart, mint, and rasberry-pomegranite sorbet. All were fantastic Friendly staff. Clean store Pretty sure the owners were sitting in the store when I came in so I said hi and they were nice. I will definitely be back.
