They don’t always answer the phone, but I left a message and they got right back to me and even booked me the soonest available appointment. Being the impatient consumer that I am, I actually went ahead and cut my own hair this time. But their call back and follow up was a perfect example of world class customer service. And this is in a small town. Kudos to them.
