The food here is a little better than just«ok»… but pricey considering what you get. If you’re not very hungry it’s an ok meal stop. If you’re very hungry, go elsewhere.

It may look a little humble on the outside, but the food inside was good. I ordered bacon, eggs and toast, with a small glass of milk. Eggs were fresh, nicely cooked and tasty. Same with the rest of the meal. The price was very reasonable, especially for a bit of a touristy area my meal was about $ 7.00, with tax. A local recommended this place, so I knew the food would be good(locals always know the best places to go). They only serve breakfast and lunch, but if you want a good meal and you happen to be coming over the Bridge of the Gods, give this place a try.

This place is a classic. Order the western omelette with cheddar, hash browns, sourdough toast and you’ll be set. Always friendly and supportive and flexible. Wanda is a hoot. So are her kids who help run the place. I got long hair, windsurf and come from California. They always have a table and treat me like one of the locals. Patio is a cool place to hang too.

This was easily the worst breakfast I have ever had. The eggs and hashbrowns were virtually tasteless, and the coffee was watered down and terrible tasting. The service was awkward and there were crystals for sale in the pastry case… need I say more?

We went here earlier this month on our way to Dog Mountain for a day of hiking. Loved the food, breakfast was quick and the food was great. I had a bagel sandwich and it was perfect. My husband had the chicken fried steak and that was great as well. Good service! Would have loved to go back for lunch but will visit again soon.

Food was very good. Inside of the place looked a truck stop, but the server was pleasant. Went for breakfast and got the b’fast burrito.

Probably only choice in Stevenson on a Sunday morning but I would recommend driving to another town for food. Server was rude, food portions were tiny, and it took 45 mins to get food. On the upside, it was cheap and there is outdoor seating but I would definitely not go back here.

Classic DIVE. Great food @ very reasonable prices, interesting characters(locals, bikers, hippies and out-of-towners), charming hodge-podge décor, and a friendly staff. I’m trying to watch my girlish figure so I just got the everything bagel with cream cheese and a cup O’ Java. My son whom is a growing boy and eats no less than 50 times a day had the A.M. Ranch Burger. DANG. Moo. Cluck. Oink. All that for $ 10. space is king or so i sing, subway to venus ~ Red Hot Chili Peppers

Atmosphere *** Service**** Food*** Price**** Atmosphere Used to be an old gas station converted into a small diner. Not much in the way of decorations, very ‘small town’ feeling. Fresh flowers at each table. Service Michelle who owns the place is super friendly and took the time to talk to us and make us feel welcome. Treats you like an old friend and is very upbeat, she definitely brings a bit of charm to the restaurant that you won’t find in larger establishments/cities. Price ~$ 6 for a sandwich or burger. BIG salads are $ 7, bowl of Chili for $ 4, fries $ 1, Quasidilla $ 4, etc. Cheap prices and good sized portions. No problem here! Food The chili was really tasty, very hearty and thicker than most places. Mostly all beef and beans, could have used some veggies but I really enjoyed it. The cheeseburger was good, average cheeseburger. Nothing special, but not a bad thing either. Sometimes a good, simple cheeseburger is all you need. The salad had a couple hard boiled eggs, lots of tomatoes and cheese and plenty of dressing. Salad was fresh and crisp, great item to share due to size Bottomline Located in Stevenson, if i were in town again I would re-visit. Local charm pared with cheap good eats.

The breakfast burrito is a must. I like this place. Beware some old locals who talk loud about politics as if anyone cares what these useless a-holes think.
