I went into the DMV to test for my drivers license and not only had they not submitted the paperwork saying that I had completed taking drivers ed, they LOSTALLOFMYPAPERWORKINTHEIRSYSTEM, this screw up not only caused me to be unable to take my driving test but also effectively ruined any summer plans I could have. My advice is that if it is between taking their class and some place several hours away, go to the other one, because this one is not only unreliable and incompetent, but rude as well, as if you call to complain and confront them on their screw up, they will simply hang up on you.

If I could sum up my experience with this company, it would be ‘horrific’. Run, do not walk away from this company. The staff are downright rude, they actually«lost» a record of my son’s attendance and we had to make it up only after we went to the MVA and they told us his information hadn’t been submitted electronically. This is after he has taken all of his in-car drivers ed which he can only take after all his classes are complete! The Office Manager, Val, has the manners of a toad. I asked for last names of the customer support staff to which the reply was, «I don’t provide that information, there is only one Ashley.» Apparently, I’m not the first unhappy customer. Every step of the process was extremely painful, with the exception of taking my money — they did that like pros! If I could give them no stars I would.
