Stopped by this kfc to get food to go for my staff. Our food was in the bag(and wrong) but so was a bunch of trash like a sandwich wrapper with a mostly eaten sandwich. On a previous visit, they served me a sandwich that had bones in the meat and when I asked for the supervisor the cashier cussed at me. Avoid this location. You’re better off eating your meal at shore stop. At least you get fresh food that they bag right in front of you. DONOTSECONDGUESSTHISREVIEW. look at the other reviews.

Knew there was something up when I came in during peak hours and the place was empty. The employees were lounging around reading with their feet up. I ordered about $ 50 worth of food and they tried to give me the old chicken that looked like it had been sitting for a long time. I tried to be nice about it, but the workers looked like they were going to jump me. They obviously didn’t care about their jobs. So, I told them that I would not be taking the food and I’m going elsewhere. I ended up going to Safeway. There chicken is great! But call in advance if you have a large order. Well worth it and about ½ the price of KFC.

This particular KFC location has to be the worst ever. The employees are slow, ignorant & rude. The food is overcooked, under-seasoned & greasy beyond belief. The bathrooms are gross. There’s always trash and grease left on the tables and floors. I swear, it’s so greasy in here that you can slide your way across the floor, Risky Business-style, if you so choose. The food on Kent Island blows, for the most part. Options are limited. So even as bad as this KFC is, I still stopped in once in a blue moon just for variety. My best experience here? Being here when the health inspector showed up. All the employees turned white and looked like they crapped themselves. It was a beautiful thing.

Failure. Worst KFC in creation. Never anything fresh, slow service. Verified from the manager, they only replace their fryer oil once a month.

I’m not one to do reviews for fast food chains, but I thought I do this one today. One our way home from vacation we needed a quick bit for dinner. We figured we’d wait too long at the Cracker Barrel, so we just came here. My daughter was cranky and this was the best solution. We should have left after we washed our hands. As I was walking in, a guy was complaining how dirty the stall was and it was a crime to be that dirty. Well I just went to wash my hands and it seemed o.k. The issue was there was no soap. There was a sign that said check and cleaned every 30 minutes. That right was a load. I managed to squeeze a bit of soap out so I guess it was o.k. The sign also said to tell the manager if something is missing. I thought about doing that but I didn’t, I wanted to see if they were true to their word about 30 minutes. No this place was practically empty when we walked in. I looked at the chicken and notice that the extra crispy side only had two pieces left, but the original side was full. Well I ordered then two piece extra crispy combo, my wife ordered the chicken strip sandwich combo and my daughter got a mini chicken slider. Now I have never waited so long in my life for food at a KFC, in fact never at any fast food joints. Honestly we could have gone to Cracker Barrel. Well everything finally came out. My chicken was good, my mash potatoes were decent, the mac and cheese were pasty and not good at all. My 2 year old daughter hardly at it and she loves mac and cheese. My wife’s chicken strips were fine but she said they seemed extra greasy. Now our stay was over 30 minutes over there. As we left, I went to the bathroom, guess what? No soap, so the sign lied =) Luckily we had hand cleaner in the car and I was able to wash my hands properly at the next stop a few minutes later. Maybe an off day? Who knows, but it was just so slow. I figured with no one in the restaurant, you figured they’d be much faster.
