Not sure exactly what earns 5 stars for a liquor store. I went in for beer, found it and left the place. I decided to get some festive christmas type ales that all turned out to taste like garbage. I will learn to just stick to the Miller Lite/Bud Light. Otherwise, I dont know if the same family operates this store, but it use to when the store opened up back in the late 80’s. The lady behind the counter offered to help me take the two 12 packs out to my car. My manhood would not allow it and she just opened the door for me. Good experience and I am not familiar enough with alcohol to comment on the prices.

I bought a 40 lb. bag of ice for a fishing trip in DE at 0.19 cents a pound. I am not sure if that is a bargain, but the cashier was nice… and he wished me the best of luck while fishing.

Tourist prices, but a pretty decent selection. Kind of surprisingly good, actually, considering that it’s on Kent Island. They had a few top shelf bourbons here(Woodford Reserve, Blanton’s, etc) that I was pleasantly surprised to see.
