I’ve never had a plumber require a credit card before they even come out to the house. Right away I didn’t have a good feeling, but I needed to get the issue’s fixed quickly. I told them to call me if they had to do anything outside the norm. They ended up breaking a $ 300 toilet, replacing it with a cheap $ 60 toilet and charging me $ 100 for it. All without calling me! They told me the old toilet had a hairline fracture in it and broke upon removal. When I asked if I could see the old toilet, they said it had already been thrown away. The person I dealt with yelled at me, demanded I pay the bill right away over the phone with a credit card without her giving me any kind of invoice or receipt. This was all on the same day the work was completed. I will never use this company again, or any company under Western Mechanical. Use another plumbing service!
