There is a time when a business needs to admit defeat, and the time is more than past for this one. We took our daughters phone in to fix her screen in about mid September, they did a good job but unfortunately it was a defective screen. We take it back between Thanksgiving and Christmas, they fixed the screen but messed up the power button. We left it with then for about a week, and when we picked it up the phone kept sitting off in the middle of phone calls, wouldn’t turn on, and had numerous problems with apps. After about a month without a phone, they told us they forgot it was there and they had to find it on the shelf and charge it before they could start working on it. After another month, they gave us a loaner phone and told us they were going to have to replace the phone completely. They have now had the phone going on 5 months and we are still waiting for someone there to get their«stuff» together so we can get either or original phone back or for them to replace the phone that only needed a new screen when we took it in there. This business reminds me of the car mechanic who tells all of his customers that you need a brand new engine after just asking for an oil change. I would advise everyone if you are thinking of going here to NOTGO!!! It would be easier, and a lot less of a headache, to just buy a whole new phone than to take it here. Chances are you will wait 6 months for a simple procedure that should only take a couple of days
