This is the worst management company in the Twin Cities area. they’ve allowed us to be stolen from and therefore any apartments they’ve done nothing to the tenants were stealing from us, the apartments are filled with rats, and mice. ThereS squirrels in the attic and they won’t come in to make any repairs to any of the broken fixtures or sinks or drains or any of the DAMAGED ITEMS… Due yourself a favor go to and different company if you looking for rentals…

I rented a fantastic 2BR apartment from these folks at 275 West 7th Street, which is downtown St. Paul close to Xcel Center. The apartment itself was really nice – historic building, exposed brick, skylights – and was an amazing bargain at $ 750/​mo with heat and hot water included.
Not only was the apartment top rate, so was Kingwood Management. Maintenance issues were handled promptly. Office staff and the live in care takers were friendly and helpful. How refreshing to find a professional, customer oriented property management company!
If you are looking for a nice, reasonably priced apartment in an historic building, give Kingwood a call about 275 West 7th.
