Talked to a guy who was supposedly their «router expert». He was dumber than a fence post and when I asked him the best way to secure my router from outside intrusion, his snotty yet apathetic answer was (and I quote), «I live in the middle of nowhere so I don’t worry about that stuff». Somebody please tell me why where this guy lives has anything to do with my question and how it’s a good metric for optimal wireless network security.
Never going back, ever, not even for pencils.

Very unfriendly, tried to return item and employee said I was over my limit.
I have never returned anything here.
Have been there a couple of times, this employee is VERY unprofessional.
