This place is awesome! I went here as one of my stops on the«foodies on foot» tour in Stillwater. The owners came out and talked to us about the story of how they created the restaurant. Their craft beers were good and service was fast. I had the macaroni and cheese pizza and it was fantastic! I like how we were able to pick out our own ingredients and watch they make it right in front of it. They have ingredients being imported from Italy every week. It’s impressive. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Our first try of Quickfire Pizza last night when the young grandkids stopped in and picked Quickfire for takeout. The 4 and 5 year olds lobbied hard for«Mac and Cheese» pizza. I made he call and the pies were ready as promised. I found out later that Quickfire only needs a few minutes to have a pizza ready, they live up to their name. Hot and tasty, sadly no left overs for today. We will be back. A welcome addition to historic Stillwater.

My first time here, and I loved it! The pizza was great, but the poppadew poppers were AMAZING. The staff were friendly and fun, and next time instead of take-out we’re going to have to sit down and eat there and sample some of the craft beers they had on tap.

This was our first visit to the QuickFire Pizza. We were a little apprehensive as the place was empty when we stopped. My wife and the boys(11 yoa) tried the Mediterranean pizza and a build your own combination with Pineapple, Canadian Bacon and a few other toppings. We also tried the Antipasto… What was left over, the boys finished off the next day, Service was excellent. Menu has something for everyone if you like pizza. We like to experiment! Excellent value, great food! We will definitely go back!

«I want this pizza for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner!» That’s what two blond haired six year olds yelled as I awaited the arrival of my margarita pizza, and they couldn’t had been more right. This is one of two pizza places where I have found the pizza to be exceptional and the staff very friendly. Good price and delicious taste. Definitely my new go to pizza place in Stillwater!

Paul made our pizzas and was very aware of everyone at the place. He was friendly as was the rest of the staff. I’ve had brick oven arugala and prosciutto before, but the peppers and goat cheese make this a stand out. Get the peppadew poppers to start off with. We stop ever time we are in Stillwater.

We tried the Thai Chicken and Ordinary Guy pizzas. The crust is crispy outside and chewy inside. They are so flavorful and have fresh ingredients. We would come back again!

I love this place, great pizza, had great flavor and you can make your own!!! It is only 10″ pizza but price and flavor, you can’t beat it

Not that great. Dough was wet and sloppy. Not much flavor. One person had a salad and the ranch dressing tasted spoiled.

Great concept, I love pizza and when it’s cooked in a wood fire oven it’s usually hard to beat. I ordered the goat cheese, arugula and prosciutto pizza(how good does that sound!) and was really excited to try it. Visually the pizza was awesome, and the fact that they shaved the prosciutto fresh for each pizza was a nice tough. However the pizza was really bland, which is shocking with those ingredients. The arugula was put on the pizza before it was cooked, which made it a little soggy and sapped the flavor from it, the sauce was bland and the crust was a bit tough and under seasoned, a little salt would go a long way. One person in our group had the buffalo chicken pizza and loved it, so my advice would be to order a more traditional pizza and it might be pretty solid, however the sauce and crust being bland is tough to compensate for.

This is now my favorite pizza in the the twin cities! It is a simple place. You tell them what to make, and pay, then they deliver the personal-sized pizza to you in just a few minutes. It’s fast and delicious! As others have mentioned, you don’t go here for the ambiance. But it is not a cheap plastic fast food restaurant either. There are a couple nice window tables that allow you to watch the downtown Stillwater traffic. I go with the cajun sauce, which is a mixture of their regular red sauce plus a spicey nice buffalo sauce. It’s an awesome combination! I also like pepperoni, kalamata olives and prosciutto, which they slice up fresh, but there are lots of other ingredients from which to choose. The crust is just-barely-done, just the way I like it. They have a small but nice selection of beers on tap too. I was there on a Sunday afternoon and 16oz beers were $ 2.

Love this place! Always walked by and never thought to go in. The staff is VERY friendly and nice. Tad is the best(just asked him what his name was) He has mastered his craft and is making the owners very rich by being so personable. Kudos!!!

For starters the pizzas are a little expensive for«personal sized» pizzas(even relative to other stone fired pizza-joints). It’s actually cheaper to get a 7 $ cheese pizza and add tomato and basil than it is to get a Margherita«specialty» pizza. Two pizzas would’ve been expensive so we got a house salad and split one pizza and salad between two people. The salad was pretty decent, with cherry tomatoes, carrots, onions and a large quantity of red and green bell peppers. There was also a negligible sprinkle of cheese(but the small quantity didn’t bother me). The pizza was pretty tasty, it wasn’t wet like punch or burned like Black Sheep. The crust was soft and had a nice texture, but the pizza seemed to lack flavor. It was actually kind of odd how bland it tasted, considering it had all the components of a more-flavorful pizza. The staff didn’t seem hugely enthusiastic, but it is a «fast casual establishment», where you go to get fast-ish food, eat it, and then go on with your life.

They showed up with a ton of pizza for a local Chamber mixer and even though I grabbed this pizza after it had sat on the table for probably over 20 minutes. They still deserve a five star rating — it was that flavorful and delicious. I had the mac n cheese, the thai pizza with snowpea pods on it, and a couple slices of margheretta pizza. Every option I would have again. I don’t normally eat this much pizza at one time but because they were all so savory and topped with interesting and quality ingredients it didn’t feel so wrong! The guy representing the business that night was friendly and professional and I enjoyed his personality also.

Excellent Pizza & Service! We visited this place for the first time late on a Monday night when they were just about to close. They treated us amazing and did not rush us out of there or anything, which we really appreciated. I had the cuban pizza and it was AMAZING. My husband had the ordinary average guy pizza which was very good as well. Can’t wait to go back and try the Cajun although it will be hard not to order the cuban again, as it was delicious. Would definitely recommend this place for a unique pizza experience.

If, like me, you prefer your pizza NOT overloaded with goopy toppings, Quickfire’s offerings are a welcome change from most of the other pizzas available in Stillwater. The line-up-and-order routine at Quickfire would be fine if it wasn’t crowded, but I went in to buy five pizzas to carry out, and I would have hated to be in line behind me(and the party behind me that ordered four.) It’s nice that they have the wood-fired oven. Actual cooking time was pretty quick. A good woodfire pizza should have a bit of charring on the edges, but my pizzas were all on the burned side. Quickfire’s pizzas are not on par with real Neapolitan pizzas like those at Brick’s, Pizza Nea, or Punch. I wouldn’t make a special trip to Quickfire, but if I am in the mood for pizza in Stillwater I will go again.

Driving back from Marine on St Croix, still on a chocolate high, out of the corner of my eye I noticed«grand opening» signs on a bright orange & white building façade on the main street in Stillwater. Woodfire pizza, I’m interested. Besides, it’s time for something substantial. Stepping inside, I meet the friendliest staff. I pick the Hawaiian Pig Roast. Pulled pork, BBQ sauce, slightly hot peppadew peppers, fresh pineapple. I like my woodfire pizza slightly on the well done side, they nailed it. I’ll definitely be back to enjoy another crispy, crackle-y crust topped with one of their tasty combinations.

This is a nice new addition to beautiful main street Stillwater. Very simple concept with some gourmet toppings. Wood-fired pizzas in 90 seconds. Some are a bit pricey, but they seem to have a reasonable daily special. I had the sausage and mushroom for $ 6.99. Lots of cheese, high quality mushrooms, and what seemed to be upscale sausage. Wish they had Parmesan shakers available as well as olive oil bottles, like Punch pizza does. This is very good pizza and I hope it makes it. Best in the cities? No, but certainly a worth addition to the area. There is nothing else in Stillwater like it.
