This place is awesome!
I had never done yoga before and the instructor helped me adjust to the class. Had great explanations, and had all different variations for different body types.

I’ve taken yoga classes for years and love the teacher at SYS. Some of the best adjustments I’ve ever had.
The location is in the back room of a karate school, so sometimes you hear some loud shouting «ki-​ah» when the black belt guys are really going at it in the front rooms of the school. h
