The facility is very nice for a Denny’s. It has a nice old fashioned diner feel! There was no wait at about 10:30pm on a Friday night. Our waitress was very very nice. The food was just okay — typical Denny’s food. The reason for the 3⁄5 instead of 4⁄5(3⁄5 for food, 5⁄5 for the waitress, and 5⁄5 for location) is because the person who checked us out swore and was rude when the machine wasn’t working. She had no customer service or people skills at all. Then she asked us if we wanted to tip a certain amount because you have to tell them verbally the tip before they swipe your card. I thought this was uncomfortable — not only did she have to ask for a tip, but told us the proper amount. If you can get past the awkwardness and like the food(my husband adores Denny’s, I’ll go about twice a year), then this is by far the best one I’ve been to!

Horrible service. The servers are extremely lazy and acted as if it was painful for them to place one foot in front of the another. My mother ordered a shake, a girl who wasn’t even our waitress brought a sloppy mess dripping icecream and whip cream down the glass. She dropped it on our table as if it was poison and walked away, never even said a word to us. We never got any silverware, my son had to take some from another table. It wasn’t busy and it took forever to get our food. Never going back.

The service staff needs to be trained to be more efficient. I went on Feb. 13th and it was busy. But since it was, i figured that it was just a bad day. Fast forward to today, and with the dining room not being as busy, they were incredibly disorganized. We were seated fast, orders taken within 10 minutes, the orders were not fully correct. It took forever to just get silverware for everyone. The pancakes came, and we had to ask for syrup twice. All little nuisances that can be fixed with better training. Food was good after getting silverware to eat it. Never did get ketchup that I asked for at the same time as the silverware. I would suggest that the waitresses actually write orders down, that way nothing is missed on orders.

We’ve been here several times to give them a chance. Each time the food gets better but the service just gets worse. This last time my husband’s food came out 15 minutes after every one else’s. Our children ordered yogurt which they ended up being out of so they chose apples, grapes, and the little pancakes they have. It took 10 minutes to get the fruit and about 10 to get the 3 small pancakes. Everyone ended up having to wait for my son because his pancakes came so late. This was the last chance we were giving them. We won’t be back. EVER.

Do not go here! We usually go here at least every other week, if not more. Never really had any problems. Until today. Pease keep in mind the majority at our table has served in the past and two are currently bartenders. If anyone has patience and understanding it is us! Here is the play by play of today and how it snowballed: The drinks… –There were 5 of us of which two of us didn’t receive our drinks until just before our food came out. One asked for Coke Zero and instead of her telling us «we don’t have that» she just brought Diet Coke I guess hoping we didn’t know the difference. –One in our party ordered coffee. The waitress sets down the coffee and walks away. No creamer. No silverware to stir it. I finally had to walk up to the bar area to get creamer. Sugar is out at the table. Sill no silverware in sight so we used my soda straw to stir. We tried to give the benefit of the doubt she’s busy. Appetizer… –Cheese stick appetizer comes out. The marinara looked like chili it was so clumpy! It seemed expired and old/cold. After the server sat it down and walked away when she came back we were like this doesn’t look right? She’s like, «yeah you are right!» Sooo… Why did she even think it would be okay to bring out?! When we realized she just does not care… –So we had no silverware. Not even napkins. She literally brought out a cup with silverware in steaming hot water to our table and left it!(See picture). I am not even sure it was clean! We kept our mouths shut(mostly in shock). The meal… –Our food comes out one by one. One meal is missing sausage, another meal has its sausage, of which it is so burnt it is to the consistency of cardboard. –Ketchup is out, we grab a bottle from the table behind us and that is empty too. The complaining… To top all of this off it is like we are inconveniencing her for just wanting the bare minimum(silverware, napkins, cream and sugar, ketchup). We heard her talking to her friend that seemed to be an off duty server talking about us about, «this is just crazy.» And«how ridiculous.» We weren’t in a hurry. We are always polite to servers seeing the majority either were or are currently apart of the industry. This visit was just dirty, unorganized and completely unprofessional. We considered talking to the manager(we couldn’t figure out who that was or where they were) until a table near us was complaining about their food with our server. We didn’t notice it was him since he had nothing Denny’s about him. Not even a name tag. Just a red flannel shirt and black pants. When they took their food back to the kitchen I got to listen to the servers complain about that table too! So that is our visit in a nutshell. If you want to test the waters perhaps try a time that is not peak breakfast, lunch or dinner time.

Went to Denny’s because we wanted cheap eats for breakfast. The wait time to be seated was speedy; however, it took an hour to get our food!!! All we ordered were pancakes, eggs and protein. The restaurant was not packed so it should not have taken this amount of time. Once the food arrived, it was cold. They replaced it with another plate of food but it was cold as well. We were not provided a credit or a discount for the huge inconvenience. I will not return to this location.

NIce location. Short staffed the day I came in. They didn’t have certain things, like Ranch Dressing. Which is odd when you ask for something in specific and you are told ok, but then you actually receive balsamic vinegar instead… Well, this didn’t make my BF happy at all. But my huge Double Cheeseburger was pretty good. Could have had more seasoning to it. But it was cooked Medium Well so I am not complaining. And the manager did give us a small discount, since the salad came with the only dressing that was available that day.

On a recent road trip we stopped in to this Dennys late at night as we were so tired we wanted to try and wake up. It was like a scene out of the TV show happy days. White and black checkered floors red boost, a big counter with red stools. Very iconic and fifties and all manners of appearance. The place was sparkling clean, the staff was super friendly and the food hit the spot. When you’re fighting sleep you don’t want to have a meal so it was something light enough to keep us going in also nutritionally nourishing to keep our bodies functioning. And underneath unique thing about this Denny’s was it was attached to bowling alley and Fun Center. How unusual! The fifties theme inside and then being attached to a bowling alley that you can see through the blinds on the window was kind of astounding. I don’t know about you but when I get tired I get kind of slap happy and that’s the point we were all that when we were having dinner or whatever meal it was at this Dennys. And then you look through the blinds and you see people bowling and doing arcade games it just seemed hilarious to us for some unknown reason. I guess it was the fatigue and just being tired that made it also you Marissa. All in all I think it’s a pretty good idea and I love the concept of the restaurant being 50 style and not the typical Dennys. What’s a girl to do? Hey Denny’s, they’re not all the same anymore.

First the burgers were amazing. The pancake puppies were good as well. The manager Amber(I believe) was pleasant and understanding of my concerns. Ashley was our waitress and she gave us horrible service. She didn’t inform us about the sides costing extra on the children’s menu. So many things went wrong, none of the food came out together. 90% of my issues were based on the LACK of service my family didn’t receive. But again the burgers were good and the manager was attentive to my concerns.

The service was great, the waitress was very attentive to our son making him the happiest one year old by bring him over a small bowl of goldfish(his favorite). I was able to enjoy my meal because of this one simple thing, as a parent who doesn’t go out much because it’s too much work getting everybody ready in the morning. I just have to say thank you for the great service that you gave us and for keeping my son happy so that me and my husband could enjoy our meal. Our food was decent and the service was great we will definitely be back.

We went late one night and it was empty. Our service overall was wonderful; our waitress was attentive and friendly. Food was tasty and came out quick, and I loved how our waitress asked if I wanted my hashbrowns regular or crispy. I ordered them crispy and they were crisped exactly how I like them. My biscuit was a bit hard on one end, but nothing major for me. His potatoes were a bit burnt from the cast iron it came out on, but that wasn’t a big deal for us either. Overall not bad. We’ll be back again.

It’s nice to have another restaurant option, and being open 24 hours may be helpful to some. That said, it’s been a while since I’ve been at a Denny’s. I remember the franchise as being a little more down-to-earth, heartier portions, etc. but that may have changed at all locations. The food was okay but not compelling. There are far better breakfast options to suit my taste(Broadway Diner, Best Breakfast). This is more I-HOP-py which isn’t a bad thing if you want predictable cafeteria food. There were a couple of small mix-ups about the menu but they’ve only been open a few days and may still be finding their rhythm. Management took care of us which is all you can ask. I might come again if I just want a change in routine.
