Discount Towing Service

Honestly this is probably the worst business I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I made a call the night before I needed a tow so they would have advance notice. The truck was supposed to show up at 9 am. I do realize that sometimes tow trucks can be a little bit late so I waited until 920 and made a call. The man who runs the company said that his truck was broke down so he would have his uncle come instead. I was fine with this and was given the uncles number. He said he would be here in an hour. An hour and a half later I placed a call to him to find out where he was. He said that he was stuck in Atlanta traffic and it would be about 30 minutes. I received no call back so I called once more. His phone went straight to voicemail. Upon this happening I called the original company again and found out that he couldn’t reach the guy either but admitted to me that his truck was never in fact broke down. He just didn’t feel like getting out of bed. This is horrible customer service and completely unacceptable. If you have to use a towing company I urge you to not waste your time with this one.
