For a to-​go hibachi meal, this is a good spot. My steak and chicken with fried rice was tasty. The yum yum sauce was perfect. Nice service and you can’t beat their prices. Will return!

I wasn’t expecting much from a store front sushi restaurant, but I was pleasantly surprised. Upon entrance, I immediately noticed the spotless floors, all of the tables were clean and not sticky or discolored. There is a atmosphere with the lighting and seating arrangement. I ordered my food at the counter, and fixed my drink and sauces in a spotless area. (Everything you need: napkins straws, lids, chopsticks, teriyaki and yum yum sauce) I went to the restroom while they were preparing my food and was shocked at how nice the bathroom was, it was extremely clean, and beautifully decorated!
As soon as I returned, the owner brought out my sushi. And it was perfect. I eat a lot of oriental food, and love sushi, so I can honestly say this was some of the best prepared sushi I have eaten. We also ordered the chicken hibachi, which came with fried rice and stir fried broccoli, zucchini, onions, and mushrooms. The dish was very fresh, however it was a little to saucy or salty for my particular taste. My grandson loved it and gobbled it up. I will definitely return again. Quick, fresh, and delicious!

Very good fast food hibachi and sushi. I took my husband who is a very picky picky eater and he enjoyed it. We took hibachi home to our teenage sons and they both agreed they would go back. They had the hibachi chicken and steak. My husband had the hibachi chicken. I enjoyed the sushi. A great place to go when you don’t want to head downtown Atlanta. I love the businesses on the south side of town (Stockbridge, McDonough, Locust Grove) that are so close to home. Try them. Friendly service.

Hibachi sushi udon all for the price your looking for with a taste that’ll do. Everything here spot on and it was first time I ever had it.

I was not impressed by the food. I ordered the shrimp and steak meal with the steak cooked medium. The steak was well down and flavorless along with the shrimp. The saving grace of this place was the crab rangoon. It had a crispy shell and the middle was nice and creamy. The filling was sweet. So, the dipping sauce wasn’t needed. I would only return for the crab rangoon.

That thang skrate, udon is aite lol you just need sriracha and hoisin sauce on it, wish there was more udon though only feeds one person. The sushi was a little messy but was good enough for me.

Food was great! Definitely a good, fast Japanese stop! Dining room not a very big deal but good food.

Nor bad, nor good. It’s cheap hibachi and sushi. You get what you pay for here. I go here for my rice and meat cravings when the wallet is tight, but I try to go to other hibachi grills or make my own if I can cause this place is just okay.

Service was excellent, food was incredible!!! We ordered the Fuji Roll and Steak/​Scallop Hibachi. The steak was moist and tender and the scallops were seared to perfection

Absolutely best Fuji in Henry Cty and it has take out! If you don’t want the show but do wNt great food at a good price thus us the place!

I ordered the steak and chicken hibachi. They asked me how I wanted my steak and I ordered it medium. It came out perfect. The vegetables were delicious and there shrimp sauce was amazing! The fried rice was just Ok, but I normally don’t eat much of the rice anyways so no big deal for me. I would come here again for sure.

I’m here for the udon noodles. My favorite thing on the menu so far. Their sushi is mediocre. I also tried their cheesecake dessert and to be honest it was nothing special about it. Overall, I will definitely come back for the udon noodles. I do wish the portion was a little bigger though.

Steak and Shrimp Hibachi: Half the cost of a real Hibachi grill and about half the portion.
Crab rangoons: good, but seemed like they didn’t have enough filling inside. Yet another issue with portioning.
Miso soup: disappointing. I got plenty of it, but it looks and taste like water rung out of a dirty washcloth.
This is my second visit, and something about my first visit brought me back, but I don’t remember what is was. I hear the sushi is good. Stick to that.

Not the best and not the worst either. But what can you expect in Georgia? Been in here a couple of times. The freshness of their sushi rolls are a hit and miss.

After many months of not knowing this was a restaurant, I finally decided to check this place out. And to my surprise, it is very clean and the employees are very nice and sweet. My fiancé and I ordered a couple sushi rolls and the fried dumplings. And let me say, they were pretty darn yummy. My only complaint, is the portions are quite small for the sushi and dumplings. But I saw the rice bowls and hibachi plates, and they looked delicious and very well portioned. We will defiantly come back!

Visited this place the other week and I like it. The menu isn’t as vast as you may think but the quality of the food is good. I had the hibachi shrimp with veggies and fried rice. As one person mentioned, the price you pay for the portions you receive aren’t the best but the quality of the food is good. The restaurant is clean and the staff is nice.

I like this place although the portions should be more. I ordered the hibachi chicken and steak and it was quite tasty. We have these little places all over North Carolina, so a to-​go hibachi place is nothing new to me. It just seems that Georgia has been a little slow. Anyway, staff is friendly, food is good, prices should be lower due to food portions. I would come back here if I didn’t want to sit down in a place.

Im a firm believer that you can slather anything with that addictive yumyum sauce and it’ll always taste good. But unfortunately I could only usually get it at expensive japanese restaurants until now. Now I can slather that magical goodness all over my plate whenever I want at half the price!
Compared to the usual fast food joints around this area, it’s definitely a nice break from the norm. And the staff there are extremely friendly. Definitely will be coming back again!

As I was passing by, I dropped into Fuji Express to grab a menu and address information (for my fellow Unilocalers!) so I can prepare for my first visit later on this week. I’ve been really excited about this opening for quite some time after first noticing that Fuji was preparing to move into the vacant, empty spot along this strip of businesses.
Upon meeting the waitress, I could smell the delicious aroma coming out of their kitchen. It’s a shame that I ate too early tonight because I really wish i could’ve ordered up a dish to try it out! The place is brand new and super clean, so come impressed and… why not… go ahead and bring a date (whoa there people… it’s pretty casual here!).
Prices here are extremely sensible, with appetizers ranging in the $ 5 range and entrees in the $ 7 – 11 range. They also serve various $ 4 – 8 sushi rolls, salads, and yaki udon noodle plates. The seared tuna salad and kani salads even sound really great!
As you’re walking in, you can catch a glimpse of the hibachi grill in the back where your dish is cooked up. I thought that’s a pretty cool sell!
