I have been to many professional Dr’s offices but when i first walked in it was empty, i walked up to check-in desk and stood there for a minute while the young lady filed her nails and was having a conversation with one of coworkers, which i felt was very rude and unprofessional, oh yea she didnt even say good am either. I signed in, filled out some paperwork and she made a copy of my id and ins card. It was time to pay my copay which by the way was $ 3, and then asked in a not so nice tone, DOYOUHAVECASH? I responded no, she says because we just changed our policy, and in order for us to take debit it has to be over 5 bucks. Then she proceeds to say the nurse on the phone should have told you that, ok well she didnt and i dont have cash. I paid my 3 dollars on my debit and sat down. The experience in the back was good, but the front made me wanna walk out and make an appt elsewhere.
