clean, friendly service. I walked in on a slow Monday afternoon and enjoyed my sweet tea and my burger. the burger was average, my fries seemed like a mix of re fried ones and fresh ones as some were cold and old tasting. nothing outstanding but that’s not ihop anyways: P

Greeted and seated immediately. They leave the carafe of coffee at your table so your cup is never empty. Was allowed to substitute French toast for pancakes with no problem. The waitress bought out warm syrup without me even having to ask. Everything was tasty except the soggy bacon.

Watch what you get from this place. Although the staff was nice but unorganized, some of the food didn’t come up to par. Ordering off the breakfast menu is always dangerous territory. We had a woman with us who ordered the senior plate of turkey and dressing, but she could only stomach a few bites because of how terrible it was. Some of it was cold, and the rest of it looked like plastic food. We also ordered a country fried steak. I’ll post a comparison photo to show the difference between what you expect and what you get. The picture on the menu looks pretty good, but the result looks and tastes worse than a microwaveable steak you can get at home. It was left unfinished. So if you want a good meal here, go for the breakfast. That’s what ihop does best.

The food and waitress were good as usual but the time it took for the food to get to the table needs work over 30 min with only about 10 — 15 people in the restaurant when we arrived

Walked in and was immediately greeted and was taken to our table. The waitress, Lora, was an older lady that you could tell has been waitressing for awhile. She took our order and drink order without writing anything down. Everything came out Exactly how we liked it! What a memory. She even got the sugar free syrup for us. This establishment is handicapped accessible. Everything was cooked to order, no complaints here! Excellent– 5 star

So I ordered a breakfast meal that comes with 2 pancakes. The IHOP I normally go to would switch out soup instead of pancakes because I don’t like pancakes. Stockbridge didn’t. So I added a side of soup on top of my order. When she brought the soup out first, I smelled this nasty smell before the soup even was set on the table. Once I got the soup I was like man then soup smelled funky. I took a sip of it and the soup was sour. Now, what restaurant would let food go sour? Isn’t there a rule to throw out soup or check it certain hours?! OMG never again.

She was VERY nice and made the experience A FABULOUSONE. I’d you go to Stockbridge IHOP make sure to see her. GREATJOB! The best customer service I have gotten at any IHOP. All because of Christina

45 mins sitting here still no food. Look at the kitchen food just sitting there. How is it 45 mins pass and still have no food ATIHOP. How does that happen. It’s this section right here. The table across from us been waiting just as long. It’s not even overly busy in here.

Easily one of the worse customer service experiences I’ve had. This restaurant doesn’t deserve wit or cleverness: I waited twenty-five minutes and didn’t receive any food; when the table that was sat ten minutes after me received their food, I walked out. The swallow of apple juice that I had tasted like apple. The warm syrup was warm to the touch. That’s as much as I can comment on the food stuffs. I could mention that I had to tell my server what came with the pancake combo, twice, and that when she realized I was walking out she followed me to let me know it was her fault. But that really doesn’t matter for the sake of this review — I refer you back to the first paragraph and repeat: I waited twenty-five minutes and didn’t receive any food; when the table that was sat ten minutes after me received their food, I walked out.

I walked in, sat down, glanced at the overtly dirty coffee pot sitting on the table in front of me and informed the waitress, so she carted it off appropriately fast. She then came back and took my order… all was bliss, until I, being the Boy Scout I once wanted to be, opened up my silverware loaded napkin in preparedness of my early morning gastronomical feast, only to find my spoon encrusted with a nice wallop of a mystery sauce from the past. Needless to say, in total disappointment, I motioned for the waitress and simply told her I couldn’t eat there. She apologized profusely as I dropped a bill on the table as I was getting to my feet, to take care of the glass of orange juice I’d ordered earlier. One thing is for certain, you and I have eaten all over the world, including a plethora of places that would be considered a dive, but for the most part exceptionally clean. I won’t be going back there, I am sure that if a health inspector walked into the place at any given time soon, you would see the apron strings of waitresses being undone hastily, along with a manager’s ink pen hitting the floor as they would all then be seen hoarding for the door!
