So… why is there a 20 minute wait on original glazed donuts!!! Like, that’s all you guys do is… donuts! I’ve had more issues at this location and I can only chalk it up to poor management. Glad I had a full tank of gas while waiting in the drive-​thru.

I Love these doughnuts! Really I do. Just between you and I, Fellow Unilocalers, I dream about the HOT light being from time to time. But lately this location has been making me want to go Zone 4 up in this mug!
I see the HOT light on in the AM. I stop and I get the doughnut that I’ve been craving for al l night long. But in the afternoons it’s a different damn story and I’m not happy about it. Four times now over the past 2 – 3 months I have stopped after a hard days work because the light was on HOT and I have received warm azz doughnuts! Wait… Why is the light showing HOT and not LUKE WARM! I mean, I’d like to know if my doghnuts are West End Mall KK HOT or Kroger heat ‘em up when you get home if you want Hot.
If this continues to happen, I am going to take a bite out of all 12 doughnuts and return the ones that aren’t Hot! And why shouldn’t I? They playing with my emotions! So I think it’s time for drastic measures.
Since I am on their azz today I may as well let the management know that the Customer Service stinks here lately too. I waited for a young lady and man to finish flirting and exchange numbers last month for 4 minutes in the drive up window area. REALLY! If my doughnuts had been cold that morning I swear it would have take a Jessie Jackson rhyme to get me from climbing in that window!

I enjoyed doughnut day. However, I was amazed to see the defected doughnuts taken off the line. I am sure they are still delicious, and hopefully, they are given to people who may be less fortunate.

Very typical Krispy Kreme establishment. Delicious, fresh donuts (sometimes hot), fast drive thru, friendly service and no problems.

Always stop at this location when I come through town. Always a happy place. Kids with smiles on their faces over these concoctions…

I drive by this location most days, sometimes multiple times on any given day. The «hot» sign is never lit! What’s up with that? So disappointing!

There were white strands of hair weave encrusted in two of my donuts. It matched one particular worker there, which was obvious because she was the one that had white weave in her hair. It was very disgusting; I noticed it when I got home and placed the donuts on a plate. My wife called the shop, and they happily replaced my order. So now, I’m standing here writing this review, and can’t stomach to even look in the bag to think of eating it. So in the garbage it goes, and I’ll never be eating from there again. Mind you, I would’ve never noticed it was hair stuck to my donuts if I would’ve ate it out the bag, or haven’t places it on a dark colored plate, which easily exposed the white strands of hair. Smh!

We love Krispy Kreme and are excited to have a new one in Stockbridge. The place is clean and inviting. The employees are friendly and greeted us with smiles. It is always fun to watch the donuts going from batter to cooking to the hot glaze. Then putting one of those fresh, hot donuts in your mouth is heaven!

HOT DOUGHNUTS NOW in Stockbridge! This place is brand new and it has been packed ever since its opening. I received friendly service and of course, the hot doughnuts were amazing. I couldn’t find this location on Unilocal… hopefully it is added now! It’s hard to beat fresh Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Bring the kids, bring your guests… watch doughnuts being made!
