Lickin’ Chicken

Fresh food, fresh ingredients, and that’s all you can ask for. I was happy to see that the chicken they serve here is fresh and not frozen. All hand battered! Everything is set at an affordable price. A great value.

The wings are average to smallish and were slightly over cooked. I should have asked for them to not be as crispy. I got the lemon pepper and hot garlic. Not a fan of either. I also got the strawberry shortcake. I didn’t like it. I know it gets great reviews but I couldn’t eat it. Also the fries are plentiful but not good. I can’t explain it. Basically they are not Ore Ida.
The good was the food is made fresh and comes pretty fast. They have other stuff on the menu so that might be worth a try.

I have to say that the food here is pretty darn good. The food is hot and fresh and made to order! The wait time is pretty quick, so you’re in and out in a breeze. I did wings and fries and both were good. I also did the lemonade which was super sweet, but oh so good! If I’m ever on that end, I’ll definitely be visiting again.

Ok so it is just your typical buffalo tender place but lemme tell you if you want clean (cause some of there competition is filthy) and really friendly staff this is the place. I usually go for their fried tilapia with the zesty tartar sauce. Yummmmm!!!

Nothing beats their hot extra wet tenders with a side of lemon pepper fries! Fried pickles are also quite good. Been going to this place for almost 15 years and it’s always been awesome! Don’t let the location in the gas station turn you off — these tenders are for real.

The only problem is … There are a basket of fried wings waiting for your order, then they are REFRIED– why? Faster delivery? Twice fried is not my idea of good food.

Yummy yummy done just right. The chicken was delicious, big chicken wings with tasty fries. We ordered at 10:15pm and the food was hot. Imagine how amazed I was to find this place in Stockbridge, Ga. Outstanding.

I gave this place a try because of the reviews and the fact that i pass it daily. Had the wing combo and it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great. The wings were fried a little too soft for me. I will stick with my regular wing spot down the street, RuChDa wings.

Lickin’ Chicken has been a part of Henry County go-​to cuisine for the past 15 or so year. I was eating (and working) at the original location back in my high school days. The taste has consistently been the same, as well as the quality. When I have family or friends from out of town, I always bring them here for a taste of what buffalo wings and tenders should taste like.
With a variety of sauces to choose to toss your chicken in, the variety is great. The Buffalo Chicken sandwich is one of my favorites. Fries are always cooked to perfection (and in clean oil, so no old oil or stale tasting fries here!) and cheese stix are a great app, as well as their fried pickles. Want something interesting? Try getting your fries tossed in a sauce of your choosing.
The staff is friendly and will remember you quickly.

I love this place. Every time I go there I am more satisfied than the last. Fast courteous service, large portions and delicious food.

I would love to be able to give any sort of review, but when I called to ask if they were open I was placed on hold for five minutes. Bummer.

AMAZING wings! Perfectly cooked and spiced. Some of the best I’ve had in a long time.

Best buffalo tenders around Atlanta. I live downtown, and the drive is worth the incredible food. Nothing beats it.
