I’ve been to this place 3 times! They are amazing! I am always happy and impressed when I leave them. I got a henna tattoo for my birthday, and I loved it!!! The staff is so nice!

I can’t recommend them. My brows looked just like the review from 6÷20÷14 picture. They were so thin and you could see where too much hair was taken off. One end had hair and the other end was missing some. I pointed out to the tech that she had taken off too much and she mumbled something. The thing I don’t understand if someone comes in with a lot of growth, why do these people have you leaving with practically with no brows. How hard is it to shape a brow or clean it up?

This was my first time here. I just didn’t feel like riding to the city. Service was great and the wait wasn’t long at all. I will definitely come back again. Great to have an option outside the city.
I also took advantage of the three brow threading for $ 15 deal!

I went in here on a whim because I didn’t feel like driving up to Atlanta to get my brows done (Saylah on Monroe Drive… they’re the best!) and I was pleasantly surprised. I tried another place in Morrow and they totally ruined my eyebrows, so I’ve been hesitant to try anything new since then, but every person I’ve encountered at Rozy has been great. I always make it a point to tell them that I want my brows as thick as possible because they don’t ask, and they’ve always been able to accomodate that. They aren’t necessarily the most gentle, but I’ve got wild and crazy brows so I guess that could be due to me too. And it’s only $ 6 which is great! They also had some really good suggestions for getting my brows to grow in even thickness, so that was a plus too.

I was a walk in for eyebrow threading. This was my first visit. There was only one person working and not visible since I think a customer was getting brazilian wax. I saw there was a sign in sheet and so I signed in and waited – not very long. First impression was shop was very clean in appearance and mood was quiet and kind of clinical. When it was my turn, the sign in sheet was reviewed, a hello was said and I was instructed to sit in chair. A big effort was presented in the matter of cleanliness. Hands washed then sanitized; thread and scissors removed from sterilizing cabinet; my eyebrow area cleaned with witch hazel (before and after). I leaned back and threading was performed. The only time during the service I was talked to was when I was asked to hold my eyelids. Never consulted on desired look, if this was my first time here or to threading, an introduction from who performing the procedure or asked my name. Those caused a loss of a star because those matter BIG TIME for me with personal services and is just Customer Service 101. My eyebrows looked nice and threading was done gently and above par from some other experiences I have had elsewhere. Paid my six bucks got a thank you and left. I will go back and do my part to be an engaging customer but I wanted to see what the status quo level of service was as a first timer.

I feel terrible posting this negative review but I would feel even worse if some unsuspecting person walked out with eyebrows like mine. I specifically asked that my eyebrows not be made thin but thin is what I got. The woman was extremely sweet so I would like to chalk it up to a communication issue but that would not explain the asymmetry of my brows. I could tell the the customer next to me was unsatisfied with her service as well. She pointed out the uneven shape of her brows and the staff member (I can’t call her a esthetician or a stylist) just smiled back at her…

this was a lets see what groupon has situation. Eyebrow threading and Brazilian for only $ 17. Let me say my eyebrows were fierce!!!
For the Brazilian it’s a personal experience. Take it for all the pain it’s worth lol.
It’s a clean facility. Rozy is really nice and friendly.
So nevertheless I was pleased. And I’ve been here 3 times now so it’s all good.
